1) PADA Editorial. It seems so strange that the bogus GBC leaders are
working so hard to hi-jack the Long Island temple. Even if they can get
this temple, how are they planning to pay the six million dollars they are
supposed to pay the molested ex-gurukulis? Why not let a few temples stay
in the hands of independent devotees -- like there are in Long Island -- so
that at least some ISKCON properties can be spared from being acquired by
the courts and auctioned off to pay for their molestation lawsuit. It is
also amazing to see how much "extra" money the bogus GBC always has -- to
be paying for their expensive lawyers for the Long Island lawsuit, Turley
lawsuit, book changes lawsuit, and indeed a constant stream of lawsuits.
And so, at a recent meeeting of the bogus GBC Hrdayananda and Badri
Narayana were fighting with each other in grief. "Look," said Badrinarayan
dasa, "you foolish Hrdayananda, what is wrong with you! You let our
lawyer's Mercedes Benz's ashtrays get full of cigarette butts and you did
not even go out and buy him a new Mercedes yet, so he could have clean
ashtrays! You are supposed to be in charge of watching our revered masters,
our lawyers. And you need to make sure their Mercedes ash trays are clean
-- or go out to get a new Mercedes for our lawyers, get to your job! What
the heck do we have a GBC for if you do not follow the GBC's orders"! Even
PADA editor was crying, there is no money for the molesting victims, there
is only unlimited funds to buy new Mercedes for the lawyers of the GBC. Is
this not what occured in the Gaudiya Matha, they spent all the Matha's
money on lawyers?
Meanwhile it has come to our attention that the lady who initially
orchestrated the Narayana Maharaja camp in Berkeley is allegedly having all
kinds of problems, including that she "smokes a lot of pot." She has a
child already from one man, then she ran off with another young man, then
she started dating his brother. Then she got into an argument with a lady
who was dating one of her ex-boy freinds and the police had to come to cuff
her. She shaved her head and was "having a mental break down." Now clearly,
this poor young lady is having all kinds of serious problems. Yet at the
same time no one can give her any form of helpful advice because she is
only taking advice from her "living guru" -- i.e. Narayana Maharaja.
Clearly, he is not giving her any good "living guidance," nor does she even
see him except once a year -- or whatever. We have even heard that this
poor lady might have suicidal tendencies.
And similar problems have been going on with the followers of Bhakti
Svarupa Damodara, a bunch of them were "smoking pot" while he was not ever
visiting them to give them any living guidance. And when we visited a
Sridhara Maharaja house one time, a few of them were smoking pot. And did
we forget to mention that Badger, the headquarters of Narayana Maharaja,
has all kinds of pot growing, pot smoking, pot dealing, beer drinking, wife
swapping, a few lesbian problems, and so on and so forth, while they are
supposedly getting "daily guidance" from Narayana Maharaja. One of the
children in the Narayan camp even tried to commit suicide when he left town
because she thought she would never have any living guide after he went
away. So, it seems as though this living guidance program has more than
just a few holes in it.
Clearly, what is needed is some local management structure, local daily
guidance from a temple leader or priest (ritvik) which Srila Prabhupada
desired, not some remote "living guru" who has no idea what his followers
are even doing day to day. The only good news here is that we do not really
want all these trouble maker followers anyway, we would rather have a few
sincere people who are mature and serious. The bad news is that so many
bogus followers make it harded to attract the sincere and serious. Thanks pd

2) Bylaws Adoption - Wait till NY Supreme Court Decides BY: NIMAI PANDIT DASA
Jun 26, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK — Dear Devotees, Hare Krishna! Please accept
my humble obeisances! All Glories to Srila Prabhupada! Even though Ravindra
Swarupa Prabhu has tried to camouflage their attempt to take over temples
all over North America, their intent and reasoning becomes progressively
clearer. This issue has been raised in the New York Supreme Court, which is
in the process of deciding whether this "GBC" is bona fide. PLEASE WAIT TO
CHANGE YOUR BYLAWS TILL IT GIVES A FINAL DECISION. To change the Bylaws to
ESCAPE a COURT JUDGMENT is NOT VALID, as was shown in the Robin George Case.
Ravindra Swarupa Prabhu's letter does not address the issue of ISKCON GBC
Society, a West Bengal organization, being stated in the proposed Bylaws as
the "GBC" to which the Temple and its Directors need to bow to. As had been
shown in an earlier article, "Bylaws Adoption: A Coup Attempt" on
Sampradaya Sun, this West Bengal Society is COMPLETELY different from the
GBC under Srila Prabhupada's supervision from 1970-77 or the GBC envisaged
in the Direction of Management. THIS West Bengal SOCIETY IS NOT SRILA
PRABHUPADA'S GBC. WE DO NOT OWE IT OUR ALLEGIANCE. The West Bengal Society,
even though made to sound alike to give it a sense of credibility, was made
in 1993!!! 16 years after Srila Prabhupada's final instruction on the
matter of constituting the GBC. Srila Prabhupada thru the DOM made an
UN-INCORPORATED association. A loose body with no Article of Incorporation,
no finances to manage, no bylaws of their own, no legal powers over Temple
Presidents or Directors .... This NEW Society is a separate organization,
later established in West Bengal, with its own rules, finances,
jurisdiction of West Bengal, with no basis of Direction of Management, etc.
You can check the annual minutes of the Mayapur meetings and look at the
letterhead. It is "ISKCON Governing Body Commission Society" registered in
West Bengal, 1993.
Interestingly, in the FIRST lawsuit brought by the "GBC" in Long Island, IN
2004, they submitted that they were an Un-incorporated association,
established by the Direction of Management in 1970. There was no mention of
the West Bengal Society at that time. Badrinarayana Prabhu, Hridayananda
Goswami, Romapada Swami, Bir Krishna Goswami etc. submitted to the court in
that regard under penalties of perjury.
Badrinarayan Das, himself a member of the ISKCON GBC Society of West
Bengal, passionately preached about the importance of the Direction of
Management as the basis of the GBC in the Supreme Court of New York in
2004, as part of his testimony under PERJURIOUS oath... (under his legal
name of Robert Morrill)... (Holding the Direction of Management in his
hands) Morrill- "This is Prabhupada, the founder of our Society, founding
the GBC." .... Morrill- "And I should mention that this document is quoted,
it is referenced, it is well known. It's the basis of the decisions, the
basis of our authority. Attorney of ... Morrill - "It's a historical
document? Morrill - Historical document that's referred to repeatedly."
Mr. Morrill and his Attorney went over the duties and powers of the GBC
from the DOM, but managed NOT TO GO OVER points 2, 3 or 4 setting up the
election of GBC from among the Temple Presidents every three years. The
actual transcript can be the artcile can be accessed through the article
"Bylaws adoption-A coup attempt". In light of the Libby perjury trial, it
will be interesting to see what Badrinarayana Prabhu has to say about it
now ..... Whether he belongs to the un-incorporated association called GBC
of ISKCON based upon the Direction of Management Document of July 28, 1970
as he stated in his testimony or whether he belongs to the ISKCON GBC
Society of West Bengal formed in 1993 with NO mention of Direction of
Management in it!
Much more interestingly, after almost 3 years the "GBC's" tried to change
their complaint in the Long Island lawsuit to amend that the GBC stated by
them is actually the WEST BENGAL Society and not the un-incorporated
association!!!!! This they tried to covertly achieve without expressly
stating it in their reasons to amend the complaint. The Supreme Court last
week put paid to those aspirations and threw out their motion.
This desperate attempt was effectuated due to a very significant ruling by
the New York Appellate court, in January of this year, stating that the
complaint of ownership of the temple should be decided by neutral
principles of law specifically by documents like Certificate of
Incorporation, Bylaws, Deed etc. effectively terminating the aspirations of
the Un-incorporated association to "ecclesiastically" overlord over the
Long Island temple. Due to this Appellate court ruling, the only way "GBC"
think they can control the temple and all of the other temples in North
America, is by amending all the bylaws to include the overlordship of the
WB Society. Only then they think their power will become legal. THIS POWER
HAS NEVER BEEN GIVEN TO THE GBC; EVEN IF WE ASSUME THAT HE HAS, HE HAS
GIVEN THAT POWER TO AN ELECTED GBC BASED ON THE DIRECTION OF MANAGEMENT AND
NOT TO AN AUTOCRTIC BODY OF WEST BENGAL SELF ELECTING ITSELF, SELF
EVALUATING ITSELF.
Now after the failure of the 1st lawsuit, this ISKCON GBC Society has
attacked us with another lawsuit to remove us from the temple. (The real
reason to remove us is not because we are Ritivks but something much more.
This reason, not mentioned to the general devotees, will be covered in the
next email.) As covered in a previous article, Landmark Lawsuit in Long
Island, we have counteracted by suing this West Bengal Society for an
excess of $1 BILLION in damages for misrepresenting themselves as GBC of
ISKCON and thereby misleading the general devotees in ISKCON, causing them
unimaginable harm, taking over assets of ISKCON, causing denigration to the
name of ISKCON, GBC of ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada etc.
We have also asked the court to declare that this West Bengal Society be
stopped from misrepresenting themselves as the GBC of ISKCON. The real GBC
of ISKCON will then be elected by the Temple Presidents. Hence please wait
for a result on this action before changing your bylaws. Each and every
temple that changes its bylaws to give power to this West Bengal GBC
Society may be left in a bind if the Supreme Court declares this West
Bengal Society liable for punishment for their misrepresentations and in
their attempts to take over temple assets all over North America.
The real legal difficulties being faced by this West Bengal Society members
claiming to be the GBC of ISKCON will not be shared candidly with you by
them. It has been my observation that the main members of this "GBC" will
keep praising their "legal victories" and their "strong positions" to
maintain a semblance of morale. So to provide a candid view of the legal
proceedings as they unravel, we will post the legal documents soon on
www.iskcontoday.org.

3) Narayana Maharaja's Churchianity (re: soul's origin)
* Narayana Maharaja follows the Mayavadi / Christian's (origin of the soul)
"Jiva Tattva."
[PADA: First of all, let us review some of the statements made by Srila
Prabhupada regarding "the origin of the soul." Srila Prabhupada says: (a)
All of the souls in the material world were "originally Krishna conscious
living entities" (i.e. all of us souls were originally with Krishna); (b)
Moreover, all of us souls were with Krishna in our "original sva-rupa"
(rupa -- means original spiritual body) and this spiritual body still
exists, it is merely in a covered state in the material world (i.e. we were
not formless "units" as BG Narasingha, Sridhara Maharaja and others say);
(c) All of the souls "have seen Krishna face to face"; (d) All of the souls
were "originally in Krishna's lila or sport"; (e) All of the souls need to
"return home, back to Godhead (because they were once with Krishna -- so
now they are returning); (f) All of the souls need to "revive their dormant
Krishna consciousness" ("revive" hence, we were once with Krishna); (g) All
of the souls need to "remember their eternal relationship with Krishna" (we
were with Krishna at one time -- and we have merely forgot);
(h) All of the souls have "turned their face away from Krishna" (they were
once seeing Krishna but are now: bahir mukha); (i) All of the souls need to
"regain their position in devotional service to Krishna," (j) All of the
souls have "an original personal relationship" with Krishna (jivera swarupa
haya -- nitya Krishna dasa); (k) All of the souls in the material world
"became envious of Krishna" (how could we 'become envious' if we were not
'with' Him?); (l) We are "forgetful of Krishna" (we once knew Him); (m)
"Forgetting Krishna, the living entity is attracted by the external
feature." (CC ML 20.117); "A conditioned soul is one who has forgot Krishna
as his eternal master," (CC ML 20.120) ... And there are so many, many,
many hundreds if not thousands of other citations on this issue, we merely
wanted to point the way, that we spirit souls are "originally with Krishna
in His lila or sport," then we "became envious of Krishna," and then we
"fell into the material world." Yet first of all WE WERE with Krishna "in
his lila," otherwise how could we have "fallen down" if we were never "up"?
Sort of like Adam and Eve, they were with God, then they fell. Sort of like
Satan, he was with God, then he fell, etc. Even Jaya and Vijaya were with
God and they fell, and this story is meant to illustrate how the souls in
Vaikuntha can fall to here. Yet as we see, Sridhara Maharaja, Narayana
Maharaja, Madhvava Maharaja (and his successor Bhakti Ballabha Tirtha
Maharaja), Bhakti Pramode Puri Maharaja, Tripurari Maharaja, Gaura Govinda
Maharaja, BG Narasingha Maharaja, Kundali as well as many other deviants,
have conspired together -- against Srila Prabhupada and Krishna -- to say
that the souls were NEVER with Krishna. These deviants say that the souls
originated in "the marginal area" (the impersonal brahmajyoti) and that the
souls never had a chance to reject Krishna, because they were never with
Krishna in the first place. In other words, God condemns people before
there is even a trial. These deviants have stripped away our free will, and
instead have made a "fallen" destiny for the living beings. The fallen
souls never actually fell, because they were already excluded from the
Kingdom of God from square one having "originated" outside of the master's
house, hence we are "fallen" from our origin -- there is no "free will" to
excerise.
In other words, the deviants say the souls ORIGINATE in the impersonal
brahman, outside the kingdom of God, and thus we are destined to fall here
to the material world because there is no opportunity for us to engage in
service to Krishna there. Hence: Krishna randomly plays dice with His
children (or His spirit soul "parts and parcels.") No wonder Srila
Prabhupada says: "We have to avoid his God brothers because most of them
are contaminated with mayavada philosophy" (that the souls originate in
impersonal brahman). Srila Prabhupada says we should reject these mayavadis
and accept: "Therefore mad-dhama gatva punar janma na vidyate. Therefore
our aim should be only how to go BACK to home back to Godhead. That should
be." 730723BG.LON
Hence, to these deviants, Krishna is a mean minded, evil dictator. God
randomly forces some souls to fall into the suffering of the material world
for eons of time, while He randomly gives other souls a free pass to stay
with Him in Vaikuntha -- forever. Some of us randomly have an eternal place
in the spiritual world where we will never fall, while some of us become
Satan's slaves because of God's random dice roll, and we are destined to
fall here. God's methodology is accidental, aimless, design-less,
hit-or-miss, indiscriminate, rudderless, purposeless, and He holds a grudge
against some of His children and sends them to eternal damnation and
condemnation, because He is a malevolent ruler? God is an imperious despot.
Why would God hold a grudge against some of His children if He is "all
just"?
NOTICE! This is almost identical to the "soul's origin" teaching of the
Catholic Church: some souls are pre-destined to begin our existence in
heaven with God, while some of us -- the condemned unfortunate souls -- we
are pre-rejected, prejudiced against by God, from our origin point. And
thus we are pre-selected by God from our beginning to be destined to be in
the hellish material world. God is another version of Hitler, He randomly
tosses some people into a mansion with servants and a golden bathroom,
while He randomly tosses others into His evil concentration camps. No one
is able to determine their own destiny, rather the souls that are suffering
were destined to that status -- by God -- to be in a state of suffering,
while others get a free pass. God has no sense of justice, equality, or
rationality. God is a mad tyrant.
In short God rewards and punishes for no apparent reason, similar to what
the Catholic Church teaches; some souls are randomly given opulent heavenly
riches by God, they get a handful of aces at their origin, while God
rejects other souls from their origin and they get a two of spades and at
best a joker card, at the beginning of their existence. God randomly places
some of His babies in His mansion -- while He randomly abandons His other
babies at the doorstep of the material world. This idea is no small amount
of depressing, "I was rejected by God from the beginning." Is this one of
the reasons so many of the Gaudiya Matha people smoke ganja, and the
followers of Sridhara, Narayana and other deviants are smoking marijuana
all day long, because they are depressed, thinking they were rejected by
God from the start, and that God is an unjust tyrant?
And did we forget to mention that Sridhara Maharaja, Narayana Maharaja,
Madhvava Maharaja (and his successor Bhakti Ballabha Tirtha Maharaja),
Bhakti Pramode Puri Maharaja, Tripurari Maharaja, Gaura Govinda Maharaja,
BG Narasingha Maharaja, Kundali and others at least initially supported the
bogus GBC's "enforced cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophiles
regime" -- and then some of them began to say that the children who were
molested -- under the jackboots of the regime they endorsed -- were "just
getting their karma." Once again notice, it is their "random karma" theme /
idea, i.e. "God is to blame" -- for their cheer leading an evil program.
Why is God always getting the short end of the stick from these deviants?
No, God is not giving these children "bad karma," rather these deviants
supported the odious regime that was starving, beating, molesting and
killing the children -- so these deviants are to blame. Worse, most of
these deviants blocked our efforts to save the children, and they should
have helped us contain the crimes, but instead they said that those of us
who opposed their molester regime, the anti-child regime they were cheer
leading, we are the deviants, to the peril of the children. How is God
"giving karma" for their crimes?
Why is God always being blamed for their mistakes? God sent us here to this
world, He is the bad guy, we are not to blame. And when we force children
to worship pedophile messiahs, once again, the person to blame is: God --
He is giving our victims, the children, "bad karma." If these deviants rob
a bank, they will tell the judge "God is giving the bank bad karma." Why
are they always blaming and attacking God for their criminal mischief? God
is to blame for making the souls suffer, He placed them here by force, and
He placed others in heaven by force, the souls have no free will. And when
we commit evil deeds, once again this is simply more randomness from God,
He is randomly handing out "bad karma," because we deviants are cramming a
child molester cult down the throats of the children? No, God is not
involved here, you deviants wanted to leave God from square one, you wanted
to support a pedophile guru regime after you came here, why is God part of
your deviations? Notice how they try to always shuffle the blame for their
crimes from themselves onto God: "God is the bad guy not me!" Oh fer sure!
Anyway, let us review a few statements from the main person who claims that
God is an evil tyrant, Narayana Maharaja:
** Lecture by Narayana Maharaja, June 2, 2000. [Srila Narayana Maharaja:]
'Krsna haite nitya bahira-mukha.' The second category of jiva has never
tasted or served Krsna. Never. And therefore this category is called 'nitya
bahir-mukha.' From the beginning they are bahir-mukha. 'Nitya-samsara
bhunje narakadi duhkha.']
[PADA: OK notice, from the point of God giving us our origin / birth /
beginning, God randomly tosses some of us into HELL (Narayana Maharaja says
God tosses us into naraka: hell)! God is such a nice guy, he puts His
babies into hell from the day they are created. And He not only places us
in hell, He wants us to stay there eternally, "nitya." Yep, God not only
tosses some of us here by some mad and foolish roll of dice, He tosses us
here forever (nitya)! Notice how Narayana Maharaja says that God creates
souls who are starting out in the position of "bahir mukha." Normally that
means: One who has turned his face away from God. Narayana Maharaja
interprets this to say: our faces were never seeing God, we were BORN into
the post of rejecting God, at our beginning. How did we "turn our face away
from God" if we never saw God?
So again this is Catholic Church siddhanta, we originate here, in naraka,
hell. When is Narayana Maharaja going to accept the Vaishnava siddhanta,
that bahir mukha means: one who has turned his face away (by choice, by
misuse of free will, voluntarily)? We were seeing God -- but we turned
away. And that is EGO, Edging God Out. Yet if we were never with God, how
did we edge Him out? Sridhara Maharaja, Narayana Maharaja, Madhvava
Maharaja (and his successor Bhakti Ballabha Tirtha Maharaja), Bhakti
Pramode Puri Maharaja, Tripurari Maharaja, Gaura Govinda Maharaja, BG
Narasingha Maharaja, Kundali et al., they place the blame for our fall on
God, just like they place the blame for their support of the child molester
messiah's project on God.]
[... Devotee:] The Back to Godhead magazine that Prabhupada began
publishing in 1944 says, 'Back to Home, Back to Godhead'. What is the
meaning of 'Back to Home, Back to Godhead'?
[Srila Narayana Maharaja:] Back from where?
[PADA: Notice, Narayana Maharaja is such a fool he does not even know what
"back to God" means. If I say, "let us go -- back to -- New York City,"
that means, we were in New York City and now we are going back there.
Notice that Narayana Maharaja cannot figure out this simple concept. I tell
Narayana Maharaja, let us go back to Calcutta, he says, we are not going
back there, we were never there, despite there is a photo of him being
there. He has no idea that when we go "back to" somewhere, that means, we
were once there. He cannot even grasp the simplest concept that a three
year old child can, "put that candy -- back -- in the bowl," even a child
knows what this means. Also notice Narayana Maharaja is simply tossing
Krishna out the window. Srila Prabhupada says "We are going back to God,"
Narayana Maharaja replies, where, what, .... what is this "God" nonsense?
Here is a bogus scholar who cannot even figure out what a three year old
can! Notice also that these deviants have no idea what "Godhead" means, it
means to go to the spiritual world to be BACK with God. "We are going back
to God," whuuutt? Sridhara Maharaja, Narayana Maharaja, Madhvava Maharaja
(and his successor Bhakti Ballabha Tirtha Maharaja), Bhakti Pramode Puri
Maharaja, Tripurari Maharaja, Gaura Govinda Maharaja, BG Narasingha
Maharaja et al. all say, "We are ignorant fools, we never heard about God's
kingdom, where is that, back to whom, back from where, we are mayavadis,
don't bother us with this nonsense talk about Krishna, where, what, whom,
huh"? We are from the impersonal brahman, that is where we "go back to"?
So even a child knows that "going back to God" means just that, we go back
to God, not "back to what, where, whut the hell anyway"? Narayana Maharaja
is tossing Krishna out of the window, of course what do you expect from a
person who cites "there is nothing wrong" with worshipping homosexuals as
Krishna's successor acharyas. Once again notice, in the Cathlolic Church
many of the big leaders there have been homosexuals. And Narayana Maharaja
says that is not only good, he wants that deviation to be much worse, he
wants us to actually worship homosexuals "as pure as Jesus devotees," and
"there is nothing wrong." OK, How do we "go back to God" by Worship of
Narayana Maharaja's homosexual acharyas? And in 1984 Narayana Maharaja
helped Satsvarupa mastermind the "votes for gurus" process in ISKCON, so
again, Vatican style votes. This is not Vaishnavism!]
[Srila Narayana Maharaja: Back from that position, from the marginal line.]
[PADA: Notice, now Narayana Maharaja says that Krishna is the impersonal
brahmajyoti. He says when we go back to God, we go to the marginal line,
the impersonal effulgence of God. So this is called mayavada siddhanta. No,
when we "go back to God" we go back to God, not the impersonal "marginal
line." I suppose this is Narayana Maharaja borrowing from the Catholic's
"purgatory."
Once again, look at merely one out of thousands of citations by Srila
Prabhupada, "The authorized scriptures direct the individual souls to
REVIVE their relationship with the supersoul." CC adi 2.18. NOTICE! We are
not from brahman, we are not going back to brahman, we are not connected to
impersonal brahman. We are not going to revive our connection to brahman,
we are going to revive our "dormant service to Krishna."
[Srila Narayana Maharaja: Then you will have to go to Vaikuntha. You have
not come from Goloka or Vaikuntha. Neither Srila Swami Maharaja nor any
acarya has written like this. This is mental speculation. Somehow we will
have to follow our guru parampara.]
[PADA: Krishna says He wants us to return home back to Godhead, and
Narayana Maharaja says that Krishna is a bogus deviant because He wants us
to return home back to serve Him? Jivera swarupa haya, nitya Krishna dasa.
Where does Krishna say we start off by serving the impersonal brahman? Why
did Krishna put us into a state of impersonal nothingness, which Srila
Bhaktivinode Thakura describes as Naraka, he says that this impersonal
brahman is HELL for the devotees. Why is Krishna puting us in hell from
square one? Why is Narayana Maharaja saying that Krishna likes to place His
babies in HELL from the day they are born? Why is Narayana Maharaja making
Krishna look like an imperious mad tyrant? Below, Narayana Maharaja's party
cites as persons who agree with him that the jivas activity orignates here
in the material world:]
["Srila Bhakti Promod Puri Maharaja, Srila Bhakti Vallabh Tirtha Maharaja,
the successor acarya of Shri Chaitanya Gaudiya Matha of Madhava Maharaja,
Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja, a leading disciple of Bhakti
Prajnana Kesava Maharaja, the sannyasa guru of Srila Prabhupada, and many
others. Additionally, our dear God brother, the late Gour Govinda Maharaja,
was highly learned in siddhanta and scrutinizingly studied the commentaries
of our acaryas, especially Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura. He was
known for his firm stand with the "No Fall" siddhanta. And we have living
examples of God brothers fixed in strong philosophical understanding in

Prabhupada did make statements in support of both sides of this issue, it
is very confusing to many of his disciples.]
[PADA: Odd huh, these are all the same guys who were cheer leaders for the
bogus GBC's homosexual pedophile guru cult.]
["Srila Bhakti Vallabh Tirtha Maharaja, the successor acarya of Shri
Chaitanya Gaudiya Matha of Bhakti Dayita Madhava Maharaja, did not hesitate
to state: "No." [The residents of the spiritual world do not fall down.]
"It is very clearly written that the source of the jivas is the
tatastha-sakti." Srila Prabhupada writes similarly, According to Visnu
Purana, Bhagavad-gita and all other Vedic literatures, the living entities
are generated from the tatastha energy of the Lord, and thus they are
always the energy of the Lord and are not the energetic. (Bhag. 3.7.9,
purp.) How can there be any misunderstanding; to think that the Lord's
associates have fallen?]
[PADA: Well there you have it, no one was serving Krishna, we were all in
the impersonal brahman, and thus had to fall into the material world, these
guys are borrowing from the Catholic church. What do you expect from guys
who support "voted in gurus," like their homosexual pal Ananta Vasudeva,
who was voted in. And the Catholics "vote in" their popes, and the smartas
vote in some of their gurus, and other deviants are voted in as messiahs.

world. This is transcendental friendship, which cannot be had by everyone.
Of course everyone has a particular relationship with the Lord, and that
relationship is evoked by the perfection of devotional service. But in the
present status of our life, not only have we forgotten the Supreme Lord,
but WE HAVE FORGOTTEN OUR eternal relationship with the Lord."
"Every living being, out of the many, many billions and trillions of living
beings, has a particular relationship with the Lord eternally. That is
called svarupa. By the process of devotional service, one can REVIVE that
svarupa, and that stage is called svarupa-siddhi—perfection of one's
constitutional position". (Srila Prabhupadas comments in his Bhagavad-gita

Srila Prabhupada - "Because he falls down from Brahma-sayujya
(tatastha-sakti, Impersonal Brahmajyoti or Brahman consciousness condition
of the life force), he thinks that may be his origin, but he does not
remember that long, long, long, long ago before that even, he was with
Krishna."
"O my Lord, O Supreme Personality of Godhead, will I AGAIN be able to be a
servant of Your eternal servants who find shelter only at Your lotus feet?
O Lord of my life, may I AGAIN become their servant so that my mind may
always think of Your transcendental attributes, my words always glorify
those attributes and my body always engage in the loving service of Your

infinitesimal Jiva and infinite Supreme Lord. This relationship becomes

4) Nanda Kumar vs PADA
PADA editor has just received a phone call from Nanda Kumar das of Hawaii
<"Nanda Kumar" prabhupad.das@gmail.com>, who identified himself as "the old
personal servant of Srila Prabhupada." He started out by asking if we have
been watching "The Oprah Winfrey TV" show, complaining that our web sites
"attracts negativity," according to theories that he claims can be found on
the Opray Winfrey TV show. As such, PADA contributes to the problems within
ISKCON by "feeding" the problematic issues. Sorry, we do not watch Oprah's
show, yet suffice it to say that if we were ever on her show as guests, we
would be causing her and her audience to start crying profusely when we
recounted the injustices that ISKCON leaders regularly meet out to the poor
citizens of ISKCON. Besides, we do know that Oprah sometimes has victims on
her show, and she has sympathy for these victims, ooops, that makes her
"negative"?
This is a big problem with many of our opponents, they confute themselves
right out of the gate. The Vedas state that women and children need to be
protected, and of course this is very "negative" for guys like Nanda Kumar.
Is this because he is another exploiter of the weak and helpless and so he
finds it annoying that we are exposing the exploiting process? At the same
time, we informed Nanda Kumar: history is simply history and news is simply
news, it is neither good nor bad, we are simply reporting the events that
occured in and around ISKCON. And since Oprah Winfrey herself sometimes
airs "news" of victimization, she does not agree with Nanda Kumar that
victims need to be silent.
Indeed her show is sometimes a vehicle for victims to speak out and explain
their problematic situation, and so we are merely following Oprah's
footsteps here at PADA. She simply does not agree that crimes need to be
covered-up and ignored. Even we know this much about Oprah, she is not a
"cover-up the crimes" type! Where does Oprah say we need to be blind
followers of an exploitative cult? Nanda Kumar then confirmed his idea in
this e-mail: Nanda Kumar: "Brother, you have been focused for so long on
what's wrong with everyone and everything that you appear to have gone
crazy. Your words here are noted for the record. Both materially and
spiritually, you need to back off. My humble suggestion is that you chant
more, and beg Lord Nityananda and Lord Chaitanya for their mercy.
Your offenses to Devotees are many, and you are creating your own place in
hell. I know enough about human psychology to know that you must have some
pretty heavy skeletons in your own closet, to be so negatively agressive to
so many others. My request to be taken off your list is firm, and includes
all further emails."
[PADA: There you have it, in post-1977 ISKCON anyone who complains about
the child molester's messiah project is "in hell" "has skeletons" and is
"crazy" -- never mind that many thousands of devotees, important Hindus,
scholars, media folks, newspaper writers, police, victims, important
residents of Vrndavana, as well as many others, they ALL -- agree with
PADA: that we need to complain about these issues. And all of the above
folks agree that it is the "cover-up the crimes" attitude of Nanda Kumar
types which is why all the crimes in ISKCON have been going on. Anyone who
tries to contain these crimes is harassed, ridiculed, villified and driven
out by people like Nanda Kumar. Sorry, but we never quite get the gist of
some of the complaints from guys like Nanda Kumar. What Vedic injunction
says are we supposed to be silent in the face of crimes, and shouldn't we
contain the crimes going on in our religion, and why is it "crazy" to help
victims of crimes?
Normally, a person who tries to help victims in his society is given a
reward for good citizenship, they are certainly not branded as crazy
offenders. Yet the whistle blowers in ISKCON are given severe mistreatment
for their troubles. Then again the whole idea of Krishna's "Srimad Bhagavat
Gita" is to oppose evil doers and exploiters. Ooops, yet another "negative"
literature. Krishna Himself says that we need to oppose evil doers and
"what good will repression (of fighting evil) do"? Hence, notice that Nanda
Kumar is attacking the Vedas, since the VEDAS are actually totally chock
full of the "negative" accounts of all types of crimes: beating up the
brahmanas, political intrigue against vaishnavas, attacking the demigods,
witches who eat babies, stealing, poisoning, kidnapping women, murders, a
huge battle on Kurukshetra, and just about everything else one could think
of.
Does this mean the Vedas are bogus because they are "reporting crimes"? And
Srila Prabhupada is himself always discussing these Vedic examples of
various crimes, as well as his personal accounts of deviant politicians,
bogus swamis, yogis, avatars and gurus, and his troubles with the Gaudiya
Matha mission's bogus gurus -- ad infinitum. Is he also to remain silent
and NOT report any of these "negative" things? Notice: Nanada Kumar simply
says that when ISKCON's children are getting molested, devotees are being
beaten and assassinated, and ISKCON is going bankrupt as a result, no one
should say anything! That is what he told us, just keep quiet and do not
protest the issues. That means he does not want anyone to advocate for the
victims. The victims should simply be crushed under Nanda Kumar's jack
boots without protest.
Rather Nanda Kumar wants the victims to be exploited, even if one of Nanda
Kumar's victims is the whole ISKCON corporation itself, and it has to go
bankrupt in the process of defending the evil doers. No one should defend
ISKCON or the citizens of ISKCON. To sum, Nanda Kumar advocates on behalf
of the criminals and exploiters "let the criminals take over and victimize
ISKCON, and let ISKCON go belly-up bankrupt, and no one should speak up."
This is exactly what Sridhara Maharaja said in 1979, "none should protest."
This is why Bhagavat Das of Alachua Florida supports Sridhara Maharaja as
well, he agrees with Sridhara -- when child molesters are being worshipped
as the messiahs of your church: "none should protest" -- as this protects
Bhagavat Dasa's child molester pooja project.
Bhagavat das is simply another pair of jack boots crushing children's skulls.
So their idea is that we need to defend their "child molesters posing as
messiahs" project, at least be silent and do not protest. And then they
wonder: why are all the children are being molested? In short, let the
perps, the child molesters and criminals take over, and let them rob, rape,
pillage and burn down ISKCON like maurading pirates, but on no account
should anyone advocate on behalf of ISKCON or its victims. Amazing! So this
is what happens in GANGSTER life here in the city, anyone who speaks out is
"a snitch" and he may be killed by the gangsters. "None should protest"
indeed, because if one does, the gangsters can kill the critic. And so
Nanda Kumar says that people like Sulochana "are asking to be killed."
Anyone who says that child molesters are not gurus -- wants to be killed?
Then again Jesus protested the Pharisees, that means: he wants to be killed?
So Nanda Kumar is a devotee of the "exploiter pirates posing as messiahs
program," along with the bogus GBC/ Sridara/ Narayana/ Gaura Govinda/
Tripurari/ BV and BP Puri swamis et al. -- all of whom have acted as cheer
leader apologists for the child molester pooja project. "None should
protest"! Notice the psychology here (since Nanda Kumar is an expert on
this topic), anyone who says that child molesters are not Krishna's guru
messiah successors is to be branded as a "crazy offender." So how will
anyone or anything be protected and saved if we are not allowed to protest
victimization, even when children are the victims? Nanda Kumar also
complains that we are "offending Radhanatha swami and other ISKCON leaders."
Yet we all know that Radhanatha has been one of the biggest cheer leader
defenders of the Kirtanananda regime (Keith Ham) when the bogus
"Bhaktipada" had little boys always seated on his lap and / or in his
sleeping bag, cottage, motorhome, and fifty little boys were placing their
hands all over Kirtanananda while he sat on his guru seat and so on, thus
it was quite evident that Kirtanananda was obsessed with little boys. Nanda
Kumar thinks this is "normal" -- for a former "Mott Street boys club"
homosexual to have little boys on his lap all day long while he is being
worshipped as the messiah? And we are "crazy" because we think this is
mis-appropriation of the titles of guru and messiah, and no small peril to
children.
Whereas as soon as Jane Wallace of CBS news saw Kirtanananda covered with
the hands of little boys she immediately thought, ok it took her maybe one
tenth of a second to figure this out, "this man is in pedophile heaven."
Why wasn't Nanda Kumar aware of this problem for years and years when he
was living there as the self advertised "personal witness to Bhaktipada's
tail-spin into madness"? We also know that Kirtanananda had many child
molesters as part of his "management and school teacher's" crew, and that
his New Vrndavana scheme was "loaded with homosexuals, pedophiles,
criminals, ex-cons, drug dealers and so on." Nanda Kumar and Radhanatha
never noticed that these problems were going on? Radhanatha was "the second
in charge" "Kirtanananda's right hand man" but he was unaware of all these
crimes, molesting, exploiting, drug dealing, orchestrated wife swapping,
concocted multiple marriages, bad facilities and mistreatment of children,
MURDER of dissenters, ad infinitum, nevermind he is the second echelon
leadership there? This sounds quite unbelievable.
How could Nanda Kumar and Radhanatha types be so much unaware of the severe
mistreatment going on? Or isn't it that Nanda Kumar and Radhanatha types
are enjoying getting some sort of perks and benefits from supporting the
corrupt bogus guru / Kirtanananda regime, thus they are obligated to
promote such deviants to get some handed-down perks, benefits and
glorification as "advanced senior devotees" because they are licking the
jack-boots of the pedophile messiah's club. Next, Nanda Kumar admits that
he was living at New Vrndavana and he "witnessed Kirtanananda degrade from
a saint to a mad man." In short, Nanda Kumar admits that he simply sat back
and did nothing while all the drug dealing, illegal Snoopy stickers,
banning, beating, molesting, orchestrated wife swapping, murders etc. was
going on left, right and center, and a foolish pedophile was sitting in
Srila Prabhupada's guru seat.
"I witnessed all the people getting shot -- while the bank was being robbed
-- but I never called the police." Oh swell, fine citzen there! Then again,
Nanda Kumar never explains how Krishna's successor "saints" deteriorate
into criminal "mad men." Again the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/ Narayana/
Tripurari/ Gaura Govinda swami team often write or lecture that Krishna's
pure devotee "acharya-guru" successors sometimes fall down and deteriorate,
indeed Sridhara Maharaja says that the successors to Krishna "go mad after
money, followers and women." Yet they never explain how a person the
calibre of Srila Saraswati or Jesus would "go mad" after such mundane
trinkets? Notice, they are saying that Krishna's successors are sometimes
mad criminals who are ruthlessly pursuing mundane objects, so much so --
they might madly orchestrate assassinations of the Vaishnavas. Yes it is
true, Jesus might in fact be mass murderer Charles Manson.
Maybe the real truth is that folks like Nanda Kumar are fools who had
wrongly "assumed" that Kirtanananda was a pure devotee, guru, Krishna's
successor, and a saint, just like the bogus GBC, Sridhara Maharaja and
others had done starting in 1978. Maybe PADA was right all along,
Kirtanananda was never a saint in the first place. It is amazing that Nanda
Kumar types buy into the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/ Narayana/ Tripurari/ Gaura
Govinda swami's idea that these deviants are, were or could have been
saints and gurus, and they deteriorated. No, they never were saints. Then
again Nanda Kumar, Radhanatha and everyone else in the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/
Narayan/ Gaura Govinda/ Tripurari swami's molester guru cult knew by 1980:
That Jadurani had been beaten nearly to death; That Kirtanananda was using
minor aged children as drug mules (because they were arrested); That a
Syracuse Federal Court declared ISKCON a fraudulent operation using
"scam-kirtan"; That many devotgees were being banned and some were being
beaten, and some were said to have been assassinted, and so on ad infinutm,
yet they went on protecting and promoting that bogus guru cult.
Therefore Nanada Kumar and Radhanatha have been simply singing the glories
of their favorite pastime, glorfying pedophile messiah lineage cults.
Thanks Nanda Kumar for admitting you are a co-conspirator in this regime,
and you still glorify Radhanatha who has been the palanquin carrier of a
pedophile messiah, and he is still the water carrier for the molester
guru's lineage. The ex-kulis need to know about you guys. As for Sulochana,
you said only the crazy people would not worship Radhanatha's child
molester messiahs, that means Radhanatha is not as advanced as the crazies.
Even the crazy people refuse to bow down to pedophile messiahs, while
Radhantha licks their jack boots. And he was seen by a few of the New
Vrndavana hit men supporting the idea of the murder of Sulochana, we know
some these hit men are now PADA's friends. And they say Radhanatha wanted
the murder of the people who did not worship his pedophile messiahs, who
