* Zonal guru update. Big Trouble In River City. Another temple president is
fried because "disciples of a guru from another geographical zone" are
colecting money in "his zone" and they are not giving it to "the local
zone." Didn't the bogus GBC say that they no longer have zonal gurus back
in 1983? And if there are "no more zones for gurus," why are they still
announcing "the guru's area (zone)" in their annual Mayapura reports? And
if the local temple president is fried with the not-so-local guru, then why
are they still saying they have any sort of "gurus" when everyone else in
ISKCON is: challenging "the guru's" authority? "I worship Jesus, but if he
has collectors in my zone, I'll kick Jesus out of my zone." This is the
result of the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/ Narayana/ Tripurari/ Gaura Govinda
maharaja's "living guru-itis."
* Kavichandra update. More testimony has came forward to tell us about the
bogus GBC's guru "Kavichandra swami," telling PADA that Kavichandra was
caught going through the clothing dresser of women, and looking at the
women's underear, years ago. And how did you guess this "little problem"
has been reported to other hokey GBC gurus for years -- and nothing was
ever done. Great, now some people are telling PADA that "pure devotee
messiah sannyasis" who are sticking their heads into the women's underwear
drawer are -- not so bad at all -- since, at least they are more advanced
than child molesters, so that makes this a good thing!
READ: It is ok to imitate a messiah (like Jesus) as long as one is in the
women's panty dresser drawers. Only if one is a child molester one might
not be qualified to be the next messiah? Yet if one is a child beater like
Dhanurdhara, then one is the next messiah? Meanwhile the bogus GBC/
Sridhara/ Narayana/ Tripurari/ Garua Govinda swamis says we cannot worship

1) BANGALORE IN TROUBLE
Probe Demanded into Affairs of ISKCON Bangalore BY: STAFF CORRESPONDENT
Apr 13, BANGALORE, INDIA (ZEENEWS) — Opposition members in the Karnataka
Legislative Assembly on Friday demanded a probe into the affairs of the
Bangalore chapter of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna
Consciousness), alleging that the organisation "looted thousands of crores"
and denigrated the state's image at the international level.
J C Madhuswamy (JDU) and others who sought to move an adjournment motion on
the affairs of the ISKCON, urged the government not to renew the agreement
it had entered into for providing mid-day meal scheme to school children.
ISKCON caters to five lakh school children under its Akshaya Patre
Programme in the state. Madhuswamy, displaying the advertisements displayed
by ISKCON in Europe and USA for raising funds, said it depicted India as a
"hungry" country, which denigrated the nation's image.
Besides raising funds from donors, it also secured money at the rate of Rs
six per child for providing food, while another NGO Adamya Chentana
supplies food to two lakh children at a charge of Rs 3.60 per child. ISKCON
was also into real estate business and it has been building a five star
hotel, constructing residential flats, a recreation club and a guest house,
Madhuswamy charged and asked "Does ISKCON need all these?"
[PADA: Well some brahmana type devotees said in 1997 that if the Bangalore
temple did not help us, or worse if they went against us on the poison

2) New Landmark Lawsuit in Long Island BY: NIMAI PANDIT DASA April 23, 2007
Last week the devotees at the ISKCON Long Island temple, after being
harassed by the "GBC" for the last three years, finally decided to take the
bull by its horn. As most of you probably know, some members of the "GBC"
have been aggressively trying to remove us - unsuccessfully - from the
Temple for the last three years. Confidential sources have repeatedly
confirmed that this is due to the fact that Srila Prabhupada made ISKCON,
Inc., his original society that owns this temple, the beneficiary of the
BBT. ISKCON, Inc.'s unique position has made it possible for this temple's
officers to legally question and then rectify the shady dealings and
unethical practices of the nexus of BBT Trustees, BBTI Directors and the
"GBC" with reference to the BBT and Srila Prabhupada's books.
This nexus has tried various methods, including disturbing the
congregation, disturbing the temple devotees, threatening with dire
consequences, physical take-over attempts, bribes, personal false
allegations, and finally, expensive lawsuits. The first attempt was made on
March 20, 2004, when 50 of their followers had descended in mob-like
fashion to physically disrupt a temple meeting and to physically throw us
out. That group was led by Malati (Melaine Nagel), Candrasekhar Swami,
Dayananda das, Jajya Purusa dasa and his brahmacaris, Lilananda das,
Sunanda das, Sona Ramanrine, etc., and Romapada Swami from behind the
scenes. Subsequently the other "GBC members" had joined in the attacks over
the years, all unsuccessful.
We have been tolerating their totally unnecessary actions of the last three
years, immensely disturbing our daily sankirtan activities in New York -
daily harinam and book distribution with 6 devotees in early 2004 has been
reduced to a couple of devotees going out only a few days in the week
currently. So the devotees have finally decided to call their bluff once
and for all and tackle them. The opportunity was presented by the "GBC"
themselves when they brought a new lawsuit against the temple devotees two
months ago (Kelley vs. Doaman in the Supreme Court of New York, Nassau
County, Index # 07/002104).
They had characteristically brought this new lawsuit after again failing to
try to physically take over the temple (this time around with a mob of 25
odd in late December 2006). Facing a trespass notice and arrest threat by
the police if they try again, the lawsuit was their last resort. With their
reply this week, the temple devotees have Counterclaimed, making this a
landmark lawsuit with the "GBC" that will be relevant for all temples
around the world. This is going to be a huge lawsuit, as the authenticity
and power of the ISKCON GBC Society registered in West Bengal has been
legally questioned by the temple devotees.
As you may all not be aware, this West Bengal Society has been claiming to
be the Governing Body Commission of ISKCON for more than a decade now. The
GBC of ISKCON that is known now is not the original one as envisaged,
formed and overseen by Srila Prabhupada. Since its registration in the
early 1990's, this society has been passing off as the GBC of ISKCON. As we
all know, Srila Prabhupada formed the GBC of ISKCON in 1970 by the
Direction of Management document. Legally, the GBC was formed as an
unincorporated association by Srila Prabhupada. The members were to have
three year tenures, with re-election from among the Temple Presidents.
Srila Prabhupada was nominating the GBC members until 1977. The first
election should have been scheduled in 1978. Instead, the Zonal Acarya
Board was formed and the rest is history. Hence, since then, the actual GBC
has been defunct.
In 1993, the ISKCON GBC Society was formed in West Bengal, India, by some
ex-members of the GBC of ISKCON. Surprisingly they claimed to be the GBC of
ISKCON, and from then until now, practically no one has questioned their
authority to do so. This Society is not governed by the rules made by Srila
Prabhupada for his GBC, nor are they accountable to the Temple Presidents
of ISKCON by re-election as designed by Srila Prabhupada, causing all
pervasive exploitation of the general devotees and resources of ISKCON.
This society has been cleverly registered with a similar name as the "GBC
of ISKCON" to give it some deceptive authenticity.
As you all probably have seen on the Internet recently, this ISKCON GBC
Society has sent out a proposed Bylaws to be adopted by all the Temple
Boards in North America so that this West Bengal registered Society will be
the overarching authority over all the temples, with no elections and no
accounting by a third party, i.e., Temple Presidents, as designed by Srila
Prabhupada. Instead the Bylaws are designed to take all the control from
the Presidents and give it to this West Bengal Society's
self-appointed/self-elected members.
This Counterclaim questions their authenticity. If the relief is granted by
the judge, as all the legal experts are saying it will most probably be,
then this West Bengal Society will be barred from representing themselves
as the "GBC of ISKCON" around the world and collecting donations in the
name of ISKCON. They will be held accountable for causing the bad name of
ISKCON and will need to pay up to at least $1 Billion in damages to ISKCON.
Note: This lawsuit was not initiated by the temple devotees. This second
lawsuit was again initiated by the nexus of Romapada Swami, Bir Krishna
Goswami, Hrdayananda Goswami, Ravindra Swarupa das, Badrinarayana das,
Gopal Bhatta das, Jayadavita Swami, etc. The temple devotees have
Counterclaimed on it. This Counterclaim is not against ISKCON temples, or
the general devotees of ISKCON. It is specifically targeted towards the
personalities claiming to be leaders/ GBC's in the name of ISKCON, without
following Srila Prabhupada's instructions of management of ISKCON thereby
causing many decades of untold suffering to devotees, loss of billions of
dollars to be used in Lord Caitanya's service, and insult to the name of
Srila Prabhupada for making ISKCON and Hare Krishna a laughing stock. No
money is being asked from the temples. The temples are not the object of
the lawsuit. This lawsuit is directed specifically at the people currently
claiming to be "GBC of ISKCON". The time of accounting has arrived. We will
keep you updated as the lawsuit progresses.
[PADA: Hmm, odd huh? Many of the card carrying members of "the enforced
cult ritualistic worship of homosexual pedophile's club" (you know, the
team that caused the molesting of thousands of children) do not like to see
Srila Prabhupada being worshipped. At all! OK, they will also sue the
people who worship the acharya, take them to court, and when no one is
looking -- they will perhaps beat and assassinate the Prabhupadanugas.
Meanwhile, many if not most devotees nowadays suspect that Srila Prabhupada
was complaining of being poisioned because -- these same folks wanted to
ban him from ISKCON, and take over his properties (as has occured?).
As a matter of fact, they have already banned, beaten and assasinated many
who dared to worship the founder acharya of ISKCON, so much so that many of
the ISKCON temples are empty nowadays. For example, even way back in the
1980s Lokanatha swami (a GBC guru) wrote in his annual vyasa puja offering
that MOST of the devotees have left ISKCON and now there is only a skeleton
crew. Ooop, a few pieces of life are still left flapping on the bones,
better go and sue them, harass them and drive them out as well!
And while the worship of Srila Prabhupada is strictly verboten (a ritvik
deviation?) and stamped out with their giant jack boots, if one wants to
worship as one's -- pure devotee / Krishna's successor / acharya / rasika
preama bhakti conjugal assistant of the gopis/ messiah etc. -- some guy
like Kavichandra -- who is digging his way through the women's clothes
closet to check out their underwear, that is good bona fide. Yep, the bogus
GBC only allows that one worships "sannyasi pure devotee parampara members"
who are deviants and / or women's underwear lovers, as one's eternal / pure
devotee / rasika / messiah, how swell is that? And worse, the bogus GBC
says that this Kavichandra is their diksha guru who can absorb sins like
Jesus, .... while he is engaged in his "divine lila" ... having his head
stuck in the women's panties' dresser drawer. As soon as Ravindra Swarupa
and Bhadri Narayana see their panty lovers messiah, they fall off their
chair and lick the booties of their favorite bogus successor to God!
In sum, if you want to worship Srila Prabhupada you are kicked out on the
street and deviation is now supposedly "guru lila."
However if you want to say that you are the NEXT meesiah, the Jagat Guru
successor to Krishna, the sum total of the demigods, Srila Prabhupada's
living spokesman on earth, while going through the women's underwear
dresser drawer, that is wonderful. And the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/ Narayana/
Tripurari/ Gaura Govinda Maharaja teams says, yup, we all have to support /
go along with this or else if you want to worship the pure devotee you'll
be a (ritvik) deviant.
And we heard that the bogus GBC guru cult members came and violently yelled
at the Hindus in Long Island to chase them away, so they can re-establish
their bogus if not child buggery messiah's cult there. This is amazing!
That means that the homosexuals over here in the city, who sometimes dress
up for their annual "Marylyn Monroe look alike contest," they must be pure
devotees too since they also like to raid the women's clothes closet! Umm,
when is ISKCON going to stop being the car driven down the hill towards the
cliff by a bunch of clowns like the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/ Narayana/ Gaura
Govinda maharaja and others, who have all been madly pulling on the ISKCON
steering wheel in differemt directions, while the car is going off a cliff?
When are they going to admit that their child buggery panty-pada guru
system is NOT BONA FIDE! (Ooop, apology to the devotee who wrote to inform

[PADA: Here we go again. Another bogus guru is apparently "going mad."
Again! Over the years we heard rumors that: Siddhaswarupa's team was
shipping samples of his bath water from Hawaii to New Zealand for people to
drink as "maha-water"; rumors of his a private airplane; rumors many of his
followers were using and / or selling pot and other drugs; rumors he ran
off with the wife of a follower and forced her husband to divorce her;
rumors of countless business scams; rumors he kicks people out after they
collected thousands of dollars for "the guru"; rumors he swears and curses
at people; rumors he wants to breathe from an oxgen tank since "regular
air" is too contaminated for the pure devotee; rumors he said the bird flu
was going to wipe out the world as a means of terrifying his followers;
rumors he spends elaborately for his own self and not very much for "the
mission," and so on and so forth. All this is either smoke, or maybe there
is a fire? And is this not what happens to most of the bogus GBC's
maha-bhogha-whats!
The only good news here is that some of the Siddhaswarupa followers since
1977 (like Mahaksadasa) have argued with PADA that Siddhaswarupa is "better
than the ISKCON GBC's bogus gurus, because at least he is not a child
molester." Amazing, discussing "the qualification of messiah class guru"
(persons equal in purity to God or Jesus) is now all centered on: is he
either a child molester or not? And we have argue with these fools for 20
years to split hairs over this issue, "Well at least OUR pure devotee is
not a child molester." This is the result of the bogus GBC/ Sridhara/
Narayana/ Gaura Govinda/ Tripurari et al. swami's program of making bogus
gurus. We are now fighting over the "guru tattva" point -- whether
Krishna's pure devotee messiah successors -- molest children -- or not.
This is now the whole foundation issue of debate, "Is the pure devotee a
child molester or not"? And if he is not a molester, then he is "doing a
pretty good job of being messiah." Being the messiah is some play acting
"job"? What! We are no longer arguing whether the guru is a neophyte, a
madhyama or an uttama, rather now we are arguing if the guru has got his
hands down little boys or little girls pants! Or maybe the guru is going
through the dresser drawers of women to look at their underpants, as
Kavichandra is apparently doing. Or maybe the guru is just a child beater
who defends child molesting by beating up the kids who protest, like
Dhanurdara. What kind of gurus do they have here? And is it not a MAJOR
insult to Krishna to say these deviant folks are His "successors"?
This is the whole basis for arguing "the quality of guru" nowadays. No
wonder Srila Prabhupada told us to avoid Sridhara Maharaja and the Gaudiya
Matha's relativised guru process. And no wonder that the bogus GBC/ Gaura
Govinda Maharaja/ Narayana Maharaja/ Tripurari swami and other glorify the
Sridhara program, they love it when the guru tattva argument descends into
whether the guru is a criminal, a molester, or a poisoner of his own guru,
... or maybe not. The "chriskcon.com" site has been up and down, hopefully
it will be up when you check it out. The other good news is that at least
Jayadvaita swami admits that the post-1977 bogus GBC "gurus" are "engaged
in illicit sex with men, women and children," since the official GBC
position is that a monkey in the jungle is more advanced than their
messiahs, in sum they hate the actual messiahs. And so now, this
relativised guru mentality is shown to exist in other bogus guru cults.

Chris Butler - Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa founded the
Science of Identity Foundation in 1977. His thousands of followers from
around the world, who worship him as if he is God, are willing to engage in
any illegal or immoral activity in "devotional service" to him. Certain
that they alone know the "Absolute Truth" through Chris Butler they have
nothing but contempt for those outside the alterate reality he creates for
them.
With a belief system based on hate, violence, greed and hypocrisy Science
of Identity is a dangerous cult. The greatest power that Science of
Identity has is secrecy. This website is dedicated to exposing the truth
that Chris Butler is determined you do not have a right to know.
Introduction: Science of Identity is the formal registered name of the
religion of Chris Butler. In reality SoI is many organisations including:
Schools of meditation and lifestyle centres; Science of Identity has
significant business interests of which the proceeds go directly to Chris
Butler.
In the three decades that Science of Identity has existed Siddha has not
constructed one temple. He has not implemented a single program to
distribute books, which was the most sincere and propagated wish of his
spiritual master Bhaktivedanta Swami, or engaged in any charitable
initiative, such as feeding the hungry or environmental conservation, two
causes very dear to Krishna Consciousness.
He does live in an elaborate mansion in Lanikai and travels the world in
his own private jet. He has funded numerous political candidates, most
recently Mike Gabbard, and paid $600 000 to distribute propaganda. This
included an 'information' video which claimed among other things that Gay
men have thousands of sexual partners per year, consume an average of
between 6 and 8 pounds of faeces in a year and have virtually all been
molested, so are therefore child molesters.
These businesses do exploit followers through free labour in the name of
'devotional service', capitalise on his followers devotion to him by poor
pay and working conditions, and cycle their fairly earned wages back into
Science of Identity by preaching that it is the action of a good devotee to
give 50% of their income to their spiritual master. These businesses are
used to indoctrinate new followers through offers of employment and in the
case of Down To Earth and Australian School of Meditation attracting people
by offering classes which provide no indication of what the learning
outcomes are actually designed to be.
If you do not wish to fund Siddhaswarupananda's luxurious lifestyle,
disagree with his manipulation and control of his followers, or do not
appreciate his attempts to subliminally indoctrinate every customer then
you may wish to consider taking your business elsewhere than the following.

subliminal faith by the chanting of Jagad Guru, Little Yogi's range, aimed

Conscious listeners where the prayer of Lord Caitanya is changed so that
"One should chant the Holy Name of the Lord" becomes "One should chant the

labour in devotional service is going? The stated purpose of the Science of
Identity Foundation is to spread love of God and facilitate his whole
mission in life, being a pure devotee and all, here out of Krishna's loving
mercy to teach the whole wide world how to straighten up and fly right -
back to Godhead. The mere existence of his divine mission is proof that all
of his critics are wrong - right?
When you are giving a percentage of your income to support Chris Butler's
mission it is devotional service because he knows how to put that money to
it's best use to please Krishna. So what if he runs businesses - there has
to be a way to make money to help Krishna and further devotional service.
But where do you think your money goes? To books, lectures, meditation
classes? To supporting Chris Butler's living expenses - because it could
hardly be expected that a pure devotee have to labour to support himself
when he is of far greater service to the world spreading the Absolute
Truth. The fact is that Science of Identity as an organisation is
completely hollow. Chris Butler is not doing anything at all - and he
hasn't done anything for years. There are no books written by Chris Butler
since 1981. The booklets might look shiny and new but they nearly are all
from his original three books. Transcendental Sound has not existed for 16
years.
Jagad Guru Speaks has not existed for 14 years. Yoga International has not
existed for 12 years. Hawaii School of Meditation disappeared 8 years ago.
So where is your money going? What is Chris Butler doing? In all that time
the political initiatives haven't gone under - Krishna Katha das (Mike
Gabbard) just made senator towards the end of 2006. It's not cheap to run
for Senator, especially when you consistently spend almost twice as much as
your opponents. But there is a long list of campaign contributors. A lot of
names match up with known members of Science of Identity in publically
available records.
The businesses are healthy. Down to Earth, Healthy Homes, Wai Lana Yoga,
Noni, Vege Chips - but these are profit turning businesses.
If any of that profit is going back in to devotional service where is the
devotional service? It doesn't exist. Chris Butler has a gorgeous home (fit
for a king or perhaps a living deity). He travels via a private jet and
wherever he goes has homes cutom built or modified to his specifications.
He has a full staff of personal servants catering to his every need and
whim and his own private kitchen. He hasn't worked a day to feed or clothe
or buy any of his nice things or pay a bill in his whole life.
There are no temples to maintain because when Chris Butler does emerge to
contribute to his collection of lectures it is once a week at the absolute
most in a public park. There is no charitable initiatives to be funded,
such as prashadam (food) distribution as preached by Chris Butler's
spiritual master as being very important service (which is why he
established Food for Life with ISKCON in 1971) Chris Butler does not
concern himself with the fact that there are hungry people in the world. If
you want prashadam from him you can go to Down to Earth or grab a packet of
Vege Chips. But he speaks - his words are valuable!
Sure, he speaks to his followers, and even they have to follow the complex
health protocols to be anywhere remotely near him. Love of God is being
spread very thinly. There are no books in libraries, there are no books
being handed out or even distributed for a donation on the streets. There
are no sanyassis to support so that they can dedicate their life to
preaching because Chris Butler doesn't believe in Sanyassi. Hardly
suprising since he himself is on wife number two. \ Australian
Transcendetal Sound we all know is a devotees home PC putting out lectures
by simply burning them onto CD and sticking a label on, that are over a
year old by the time that they get here.
Australian School of Meditation is always asking for donations - eventhough
they are the same business entity as Vege Chips which makes Ajita's tax
exempt as well. Surely this and the fact that their main activity is
selling yoga classes and renting out Krishna's (alledged) propertyto

Reed -- Scandalised Republican candidate. Former wife spoke to the press
claiming that she was present when Siddhaswarupananda ordered Reed to leak
damaging information to the press about his opponent Cec Heftel that he had
had allegations of sexual abuse made against him which had been dropped due
to lack of evidence (Rick was working in the prosecutors office at the time).
Headlines in Hawaii showed a graph of the leak with Chris Butler at the top
of course they all denied everything. The former follower moved from Hawaii
and refused to talk anymore about the cult. Umecko was a girl from
California of Japanese decent who came to Hawaii at the onset of the 1992
campaign. She allegedly tried to infiltrate Dan Inouye's campaign party
portraying herself as a masseur. It is alleged she offered her services to
Dan. She was acting as a type of prostitute it appeared. But her deceit was
detected and she was rejected. The Inouye campaign workers thought there
was something very fishy about this girl.
Later she befriended Kwock and got her to tell her story of the sexual
relationship she had with Dan Inouye. Kwock did not know Umecko was wired.
She did not know this story would be heard by every voter in Hawaii. The
tape was handed over to Rick Reed who put the words of Kwock in a
television add. The whole disgusting affair was now broadcast into
practically every living room in Hawaii. The people of Hawaii who hate
dirty politics turned on Rick Reed, who had been married 5 times and at one
time was prosecuted for not paying child support, for his foul act. Kwock
was quoted as saying she felt like Rick Reed had raped her private life.
Many believed it was Chris Butler behind the scenes calling the shots.
Later Mike Gabbard distanced himself from Rick citing this incident. But
many believe it was Chris Butler all along who pulled the strings of Rick
Reed and who now pulls the strings of Mike Gabbard.
