1) NAMA BHAKTI BAUDRY (Tripurari's son) Tripurari swami's son is apparently
in jail in Pleasant Valley CA. How can we get in touch with him? A woman
from a Christian Church's "write to the prison's" group called PADA and
informed us that they are helping Tripurari's son, but that Tripurari has
"nothing" to do with the son. At the same time Tripurari's former servant
told PADA that Tripurari is admitting he has become "the guru of the gays."
So Tripurari abandoned his wife, she became depressed and died of a heroin
overdose, now the son has a drug and criminal problem due to the father's
total negligence. And yet Tripurari is still some kind of hero who is
welcomed and glorified by the bogus GBC gurus, the self appointed guru of
the gays? And the Christian's women group has to save his son because the
father and his bogus GBC pals are still negligent? Why are these Christian
women full of compassion for the Vaishnavas whereas Tripurari only has love
and compassion for his pedophile guru lineage pals?
Tripurari drives around in a swanky brand new Volvo XC station wagon, he
lives like an opulent king, and yet he cannot spare five cents to help his
own son, or spend twenty five cents to phone his own son in prison? The
only good news is that Tripurari is just as mean, cruel, cold hearted, mean
spirited, steel - framed - heart with us -- as he is with his own son. He
is not just discriminating against us, he has the same ice clogged heart of
frozen bile and hence no feelings for his own baby. He is so puffed up with
false pride that he can drive an army tank over his own wife and child and
still he thinks he is a pure as Jesus. And this is the result of Sridhara
Maharaja's "pure bhakti" club, they hate and neglect their own family? What
kind of "pure bhakti" is this? "Toss your baby under the bus," and Sridhara
and Narayana Maharaja and VNN think you are the next Jesus re-incarnated.
And how did you guess, Tripurari's favorite is Narayana Maharaja, who
endorses this cold hearted behavior against children and he says worship of
the actual pure devotees and not pedophiles is "ritvik poison." NM supports
the worship of cruelty to children sector. What do you expect since
Narayana Maharaja recently embraced Kirtanananda, his favorite pedophile /
murderer messiah (see Tirtha letter below). Srila Prabhupada said he wanted
this bogus sannyasa project to stop and that everyone should get married.
Tripurari says no, let us glorify the bogus homosexual pedophile guru
lineage and abandon marriage and children. We always hear that the bogus
GBC is making an "out reach" program to help / save the ex-children, to
protect women, to help the old and infirm with a hospice and so on, but
what really seems to happen is that their victims keep slipping through the
cracks, perhaps because their "safety net" is just as much illusion as
their claim to be gurus. Where is the mercy? Indeed. Tripurari spends more
money on his fancy miniature cebu cows in one week than he ever will spend
on his own flesh and blood child for its whole lifetime. Why does Tripurari
hate family and children?
Of course what do you expect from the self-advertised guru of the gays and
pedophile messiah lover's club leader? Tripurari called us "demon" when we
said he should not be kissing Kirtanananda's booties to get a "guru vote"
from the pedophiles, so he thinks those of us who are not "certified by the
pedophiles as messiahs" are "deviants." Yi--keees pilgrims! Thanks pd

2) My dream of Mula Prakrti Dasi. After she died I lamented that it was too
bad that we never had the opportunity to discuss "the poison of Srila
Prabhupada issue" together. She had told me that the PADA project was "too
overboard," however she would have agreed I was not "overboard" if it came
down to: the poison issue. So in my dream, just the two of us were in her
house and she was wandering all around picking up her house while sort of
talking incessantly about silly things. I kept saying, "Mula, please come
over here and sit down, I need to tell you something important." She did
not seem to notice me, but she suddenly dropped everything and came over
and sat accross from me. I said, "Srila Prabhupada was killed, they
murdered him with poison, you need to know this."
Her eyes got real big and she just sort of stared at me, stunned, and her
eyes welled up with tears. Then she said, "We need people to know about
this, we cannot allow this to be ignored without speaking up." Then she
just kept staring at me, still stunned, and so I looked down at the floor
and she got up and started picking up the house and talking incessantly.
This was so very real, I actually felt that she was really there even
though it was a dream. In any event, Krishna fulfilled my desire to tell
her. This was very hopeful for me. This dream indicated to me that all of
them, yep each and every last one of them -- from the gigantic Lords of the
Universe like Tripurari, all the way down to the lowest pot washer sector,
ALL of the devotees of Srila Prabhupada -- at some point -- will have to
reckon with this issue. Krishna is so kind -- even -- to us ISKCON barking
dog's sector. Thanks pd

3) TIRTHA IN PRISON A Letter from Tirtha in Prison BY: TIRTHA DAS
Dearest Prabhu,
** TD: Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Sri Guru and
Gauranga. Hare Krsna and Happy New Year. I hope you are well. I recently
received one of the Janmastami blogs to review, "NV History, for the
record," Janmastami, AKA John Sinkowski. What is disturbing to me is how
many devotees are becoming confused and unsettled over these accusations. I
previously was reluctant to delve into these matters, wondering what good
might come from regurgitating such things from the past. However, because
unscrupulous persons have dared to falsify and distort the facts, I am
forced to come forth and respond. However, I wish to make my position
clear. I do so not in an attempt to vindicate myself or justify my actions,
I do so only in the interest of truth and justice.
[PADA: First of all, we know that Tirtha's letter has been highly edited,
maybe by someone like Satsvarupa and / or Jayadvaita because it is too
scholarly written / refined to have been penned by Tirtha himself. Anyway,
there probably was some original letter written by Tirtha but the bogus GBC
gurus have "covered some of it up" or "coached it up." Let us get to the
letter's main point: that since Kirtanananda (K) was a messiah class "guru"
it would be normal for violent retaliation to erupt when a "guru" is
opposed. Yet we are never told how K became "Krishna's successor guru"?
Since Srila Prabhupada had always said "appointed gurus are bogus," why is
Radhanatha supporting such bogus gurus? And why is it that only the
"whackos" like Jane Wallace, PADA and Sulochana etc. know that child
molesters are -- not -- gurus? Here are merely a few other "unanswered"
questions:
* Radhanatha was coordinating the attempted take over of Berkeley with
Kirtanananda, and they sent in three violent goons to chase me down the
street to beat my head in, but the police saved me. Clearly Radhanatha was
working hand in glove with Hansadutta and K.
* Tirtha says that after Kirtanananda was beaten over the head with a pipe
by Triyogi, K was incapacitated, drugged, disoriented, and completely out
of touch with reality. At the same time, Tirtha claims that Kirtanananda
was coordinating a complex plot to finance surveillance and "hit men" aimed
at Sulochana. And as such K was the person responsible for Sulochana's
murder. How could a drugged and disoriented person orchestrate surveillance
and "hit men" in coordination with Ramesvara's group; make sure that
Ravindra Swarupa, Mukunda Swami, Trivirkrama, Prithu, Romapada, Sivarama,
Jayadvaita, and the "reformers" officially excommunicated Sulochana in
order to isolate Sulochana to help set up his murder; order Satsvarupa to
write that "Sulochana is a poison pen" in order to justify and foment
violence against Sulochana, and in sum coordinate an entire ISKCON
global-wide plot against Sulochana to agitate for his murder and so on and
so forth, if K was too drugged to function? And if K was not coordinating
all this, then who was? (PADA thinks it was Radhanatha who was the behind
the scenes instigator - Radhanatha was the main person at K's bedside after
the attack).
* All of the persons above plus Tirtha STILL never explain how did
Kirtanananda become Krishna's successor guru in the first place, which
would then warrant vociferous if not violent opposition? So far no one
explains how "the eleven" (and K) ever became gurus, especially because it
was well known by senior devotees (like Radhanatha) that K has a tendency
to be a renegade, if not a homosexual pedophile? Rumors of K "having boys
in his sleeping bag" were already surfacing in the early 1980s, as was
Bhavananda's attraction to boys. And after Jadurani was beaten nearly to
death, then Satvarupa and Radhanatha said that the instigator of women
being beaten is "the purest person on the planet." Why do these leaders
hate women and want them beaten for not worshipping their pedophile messiahs?
* Radhanatha "was not involved in the multitude of crimes," yet he helps
glorify Tirtha as "the saint in jail." Radhanatha places Tapah punja as a
leader position in New Vrindavana -- just after he gets out of jail for
helping Tirtha with Sulochana's murder. Radhanatha glorifies Umpapati, who
went to prison to glorify Tirtha. Radhanatha is supporting all of these
people. Radhanatha was also the person who was at K's bedside after the
pipe attack, and so if K was orchestrating the murder, it seems K was using
Radhanatha as his agent. Radhanatha was acting as the "intimate" spokesman
for K after the pipe attack, yet he was not operating as the agent of K?
And Tirtha says "many good people were sent packing" for objecting to
Radhanatha's pedophile worship project, and these good folks were being
replaced by molesters and criminals and -- clearly Radhanatha still
encourages this process because he still glorifies the criminals and indeed
anyone who thinks pure devotees are not child buggers -- are the "bogus
ritviks."
* Tirtha fails to tell us how there is any "truth and justice" in his
current defense of the supporters of K's homosexual and pedophile guru
lineage? Nor does Tirtha explain who authorized the conspiracy by Umapati,
Radhanatha and others to hijack ISKCON and promote K as a guru, and to
banish and assault the devotees of Srila Prabhupada. Who authorized the
process of replacing Srila Prabhupada's worship with deviants, and to
banish, assault and murder the devotees of Srila Prabhupada such as
Sulochana? When are we going to hear "the whole truth" that Srila
Prabhupada was poisoned to make this "take over" occur.
* Tirtha's letter admits Kirtanananda was NOT even behaving like a guru,
and that he had a pedophile problem. Yet we are never told why Radhanatha
and others continued to support Kirtanananda -- as a guru, even after these
types of various deviations from the standard of guru were publicly known,
and K had put pictures of Jesus on the altar and dressed everyone in brown
monk robes? Nor does Tirtha explain why K's excessive behaviors were never
reigned in by the bogus GBC, Radhanata and others, rather K had to be
reigned in by the Federal Marshalls and police? Nor does Tirtha explain why
K had little boys in his motorhome, jumping in and out of his cottage,
sitting by his guru seat, sitting on his lap when he drove a car, etc. and
Radhanatha did not think this -- odd, as any other normal person would? And
why were Umapati and Radhanatha carrying K on a palanquin when the "little
boy" specter was in plain sight?
* Nor does Tirtha explain why in 1986 "the reformers" like Ravindra
Swarupa, Prithu, Badrinarayana, Trivrikrama, Mukunda swami and others
"excommunicated" Sulochana and favored Kirtanananda, when it was well known
there were so many deviations going on by that time, for example that K was
sitting in his seat covered with the hands of fifty boys, as was publicly
known to everyone? Jane Wallace (CBS TV) asked me why all the leaders were
singing to a blatantly pedophile man -- because he was covered with the
hands of so many boys? Why did Tirtha and Radhanatha ET AL. continue to
support K when he was seen publicly covered with the hands of boys?
K covered with the hands of boys was also photographed and placed in PEOPLE
magazine etc., how could anyone claim "I did not know"?
Why were all the leaders singing "Jaya Bhaktipada" to a man who was covered
with the hands of little boys, on CBS TV clips?
* Tirtha does not explain how Radhanatha "was not involved" when he told
PADA that Kirtanananda was "the purest of all the devotees in ISKCON" a few
months before Sulochana's murder. And Radhanatha was one of those who spoke
favorably of Tirtha after the murder and encouraged Tirtha's being granted
"sannyasa." In sum, by claiming that Kirtanananda was a pure devotee, a
shaksat hari guru, Tirtha still tries to "justify" his own actions, as well
as the actions of the fanatically vociferous supporters of Kirtanananda
such as the bogus GBC, Radhanatha, Umapati, Kuladri, Devarmrita, Tirtha,
Tapah punja, Romapada, Satsvarupa, the Gaudiya Matha "advisors" et al.
Sorry, there is no evidence that K was ever (a) appointed as a guru or that
(b) he was qualified to be a guru?
* Tirtha gives no justification to suppress the people who opposed K.
Moreover if a person is trying to imitate the post of our guru Srila
Prabhupada, it is our duty, especially of the LEADERS, to challenge such
deviations. No reason is ever given as to why this was not done? No reason
is ever given why those of us who failed to worship Tirtha's child molester
gurus and their barking German Shepherd police dogs are still "the fools,
the druggies, the bogus ritviks," when we are the only people remotely on
the horizon who could distinguish right from wrong.]
** TD: Therefore, I'd like to present a more complete presentation of what
I know to be the truth, presented from my own personal involvement of
events. I encourage you to use on the various web-sites, to refute, point
by point, these lies and wild accusations of Janmastami and others, who
regrettably, appear to have lost their minds. You may quote me as you
please. The internet gives facility to both the well wisher and the
blasphemer. Unfortunately, poison words that spew forth from cyberspace
into the minds of anyone who might read them act like a virulent disease.
Such accusations, left unchecked for too long, can serve to erode the
consciousness of not a few well meaning but impressionable devotees, with
twisted words being accepted as fact.
I will say from the start that my presentation is not for personal
vindication or mitigation of my culpability. While I shall always remain a
villain to some, it is one thing for people to dislike me for my personal
involvement in unpleasant activities, but quite another to unjustly label
everyone who ever lived at NV as corrupted or suspect.
Imagine if someone had ever physically attacked Srila Prabhupada.
Practically to a person all of his disciples and well wishers would have
wanted to see blood retribution. This point can't be overstated. Even
though there would have been calls for calm, it would have been difficult
to guarantee such a person's safety and destiny. Especially so if
Prabhupada had been seriously hurt, as Kirtanananda (K) was. Therefore, it
should come as no surprise that K's disciples and well wishers thought in
similar terms. Yet even after the NV devotees caught and held Triyogi for
the police, they did not harm him. But upon hearing of this supposed
cowardice, Janmastami remarked, "That's the problem with Kuladri and these
wimps. They have no backbone. He should have been killed immediately."
[PADA: First of all, we do think that Srila Prabhupada was physically
attacked -- with poison -- yet we have not advocated the murder of anyone
in response. Notice that Tirtha is STILL saying that those of us who do not
worship the pedophile guru lineage are "blasphemers." So he indicates how
bogus GBC clones are STILL being trained to vociferously oppose the worship
of Srila Prabhupada, and to still glorify the enforcers of pedophile
worship. Tirtha also indicates the real reason that the bogus GBC,
Radhanatha, Umapati, Kuladri, Devarmrita, Tirtha, Tapah punja, Romapada,
Satsvarupa, the Gaudiya Matha "advisors" et al. are implicated in all of
the child molesting, beatings, and murders at New Vrndavana: they were ALL
preaching that Kirtanananda is "a guru" and indeed he is "the same as"
Srila Prabhupada. Since scriptures forbid being critical of "the guru,"
opposing Kirtanananda was "blasphemy" and thus a devotee (OK Tirtha) could
"cut out the tongues of the offenders." Similarly, in the Jim Jones cult
most of his followers were murdered / committed suicide, but this was only
possible because Jim Jones had loyal lieutenants (Umapati and Kuladri),
philosophy backers (Radhanatha), and violent enforcers (Tirtha), and many
other foot soldiers who operated as Jim Jones' multi-heads, arms, legs and
agents.
Any cult leader simply cannot function without his many loyal leaders,
secretaries and followers. So the dedicated followers are implicated in the
entire machinery that makes up the vicious cult process. And as we all
know, Srila Prabhupada was always checking and criticizing Kirtanananda,
hence for people like Radhanatha to claim that K is "the pure successor to
Krishna and Srila Prabhupada" -- simply created a violent cult. And even if
it is true that Janmastami dasa was saying "we have to kill the offenders"
he was simply repeating this idea because it was being fomented by the
leaders.
This "blasphemy of guru" idea was being preached by the upper echelon
leaders, such as the bogus GBC, Radhanatha, Umapati, Kuladri, Devarmrita,
Tirtha, Tapah punja, Romapada, Satsvarupa, the Gaudiya Matha "advisors" et
al. were ALL preaching IN UNISON that challenging K is offensive and
blasphemy. Janmastmi was simply their foot soldier, he was parroting,
repeating and following the "preaching" of these top leaders -- like
Radhanatha. Now they are trying to blame the foot soldiers without blaming
the Generals? NOTICE: Tirtha STILL says that people who oppose K's top
regime leaders are "blasphemers," he has not changed at all. No remorse.
PADA got into and interesting discussion on this point with Gopa Vrindapal
some years ago. He argued that PADA should cease and desist, because PADA
was merely "trying to re-create the Nurembug trials for ISKCON" and
moreover great saints like Narayana Maharaja were backing the bogus GBC's
"gurus." Well, maybe. However at that trial the supporters of the Third
Reich argued that they were simply "following orders" from the top leaders,
thus the followers were not responsible. No, said the Nuremburg court, the
Generals, the lieutenants, the foot soldiers, none of them had authority to
"follow" such orders. Hence: neither does Radhanatha, neither does Tirtha.]
** TD: Triyogi's attack changed just about everything at NV, and especially
for K. A very different K emerged after his attack and subsequent coma.
Upon awakening he was fond of German Shepherd dogs, and would appear to be
much more openly homosexual.
[PADA: This is another totally bogus and foolish idea, that Krishna's pure
devotee successor guru is suddenly "in maya" because of some material
problem or trauma. For example, Satsvarupa says Krishna's pure devotee guru
successors have "anticipatory anxiety chronic headache syndrome," while
Hansadutta may have had "schizophrenic nervous headache paralysis
multi-personality guru melt-down syndrome," Harikesha said he had been
"poisoned with psychotropic vibhuti dust from his ghost buster, pagal baba
ashram leader Chitesvara," and they may have had some intimate contact with
their female psychology therapists and who knows what else. Of course the
guru does not have anxiety, nor does he have a therapist, nor is he
intoxicated on psychotropic pills etc. So this is all justification for
failure. "Upon awakening, Jesus suddenly found that he was taking way too
many tranquilizer pills, he was worshiping barking police dogs while
wearing a replica of King Arthur's crown, and he was dressed in Andy
Warhol's silk pajamas." What!
This shows that Radhanatha and Tirtha have been trying to justify K's
perverted behavior all along by saying "the guru is in maya" because of
external material causes. The same process evolved in the Jim Jones cult.
Jim Jones was taking drugs and having sex with a number of followers
because he had some "material mental stress disorders." So these cults are
juxtaposing material and spiritual to justify perverted behaviors. Let's
face it, Kirtanananda loves little boys, he loves German shepherd dogs, and
he loves dedicated loyalists like Radhanatha, and he loves to have
dissenters suppressed. One can try to justify that using various jugglery
arguments, but it is like putting lipstick on a pig, there is simply no
rational or scriptural reason to support deviants posing as gurus. And all
this came from Sridhara Maharaja and Narayana Maharaja, "the guru will go
mad after money, followers and women."]
** TD: It is no exaggeration to state that K was almost as revered at NV as
Srila Prabhupada. Some magazines and books published at NV described K as,
"Founder-Acarya of the New Vrindaban Community," even though other devotees
had an equal hand in its founding, and as "Srila Prabhupada's first
sannyasi disciple." Even before this time a strong personality cult began
to evolve around K. His word was law. His power completely centralized and
absolute. Still, it was not seen as a bad thing. In the movement worldwide,
devotees sought strong leadership from a central figure. NV was no
exception to this mentality. At NV, it was either K's way or the highway.
Dissenters were neither welcome nor tolerated. Should someone stray into
that dangerous area, persons like Janmastami would heap scorn upon them,
sometimes even physically threatening them. Not a few good people were sent
packing simply for questioning K's tactics or motives.
[PADA: Great admission. The bogus gurus had disbanded Srila Prabhupada's
"direction of management" of ISKCON. Then: there was no group of managers
(Governing Body) as was ordered by the actual guru. Instead there was a
well known, publicly understood, violent "personality cult" atmosphere
which emerged all over ISKCON and at New Vrndavana. And "no small amount of
good people were sent packing," sometimes being beaten, sometimes being
killed on the way out the door, and they were being replaced with thugs,
crooks and molesters. Again this was all being intentionally orchestrated
by the leaders -- OK Radhanatha types. So there was an intentional plot to
convert ISKCON into a violent personality cult, and this was being
intentionally orchestated by the bogus GBC and NV leaders. Hence, with "no
managers," there was a lawless cult. Sridhara and Narayana Maharaja even
volunteered that "Governing Body is not found in shastra," because their --
lawless buggery gurus -- are in shastra!
And no one can say they "did not know" since everyone was aware of that
cult mood, especially leaders like Radhanatha. Kirtanananda was being
promoted as "absolute," no wonder since Sridhara Maharaja said the eleven
are "absolute" to their followers. In sum K was being equated with Srila
Prabhupada, despite that many of the older devotees knew K was part of the
old (homosexual) Mott Street boys club. And yet K was the newly anointed
"Prabhupada successor," the new founder acharya, and everyone at New
Vrndavana (such as Radhanatha) knew that dissenters were being banished and
physically threatened and "straying into danger." Taru was murdered too,
but we do not find his murder even mentioned by Tirtha. Is Tirtha covering
up for some of the leaders over that murder, or other murders?
In other words, Tirtha admits that challenging Kirtanananda could result in
one being beaten or killed. And this mood was WIDELY known and encouraged,
OK by folks like Radhanatha. Good admission -- anyone who resists their
bogus guru cult has his life in danger, and Radhanatha and others are in
charge of fomenting this vicious and violent thug atmosphere. Moreover
NOTICE, the whole concept of a "Governing Body" has been tossed out the
window, there is no longer any "governance" in ISKCON, simply imperious
maverick self-appointed "strong personality cults, where dissenters stray
into danger" for wondering why their guru is sitting with a German shepherd
dog and fifty boys while sitting on his guru seat?]
** TD: After Triyogi's attack on K, Janmastami openly bragged that if no
one else had the stomach for defending the guru's honor, he would. What was
worse, Sulocana foolishly intimated that he had a hand in coaching
Triyogi's attack. That was akin to signing his own death warrant. Sulocana
was already greatly disliked at NV due to his rambling expose, "The Guru
Business." Plus he openly advocated the use of violence against all of the
ISKCON gurus. Quite naturally, Sulocana became a prime target for NV's
frustration and anger.
[PADA: Notice what is happening here: Kirtanananda is sitting a German
shepherd dog in his guru seat and the dog is licking the maha plate; K is
covered with the hands of fifty boys in his seat; K has all kinds of little
boys in his cottage -- with orders for all other adults to stay away; K has
little boys on his lap in his car, in his motor home and apparently also in
his sleeping bag etc.; various devotees have been arrested for felonies and
so on. Yet Sulochana's book, which pointed out that K is bogus was disliked
and was "signing his death warrant." So that means the cult mood, in fact
the "signing one's death warrant" mood, was being fomented by the likes of
Radhanatha and the other leaders. Satsvarupa wrote that Sulochana was "a
poison pen" for disagreeing with K, so he too was fomenting the violent
mood. That means the many bona fide complaints made by Sulochana were being
artificially suppressed through out ISKCON -- by All or almost ALL of the
leaders, from Satsvarupa, Ramesvara, Hansadutta, Romapada, Ravindra,
Mukunda swami, all the way through to the whole upper echelon at NV. The
only good news is that Tirtha and indeed many of these ex-gurus now agree
with Sulochana that K was bogus and a child molester.]
** TD: The devotees at NV weren't a bunch of brainwashed Moonies. They were
thoughtful, if isolated devotees, who were loyal to a fault to their
authority figure, K. They were all wonderful Vaisnavas who kept up a high
standard of worship for Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Vrindaban-Chandra.
Prabhupada's Palace was a fabulous success and a growing tourist
attraction. The kirtana's and other programs were enlivening. NV was a
dynamic spiritual Tirtha.
[PADA: Wait a minute here? Worshiping a person who has a German shepherd
dog on his guru's seat, who is covered with the hands of little boys, who
is wearing a crown and silk clothes while riding on a palanquin carried by
people like Umapati, is not a brainwashed cult? And while all the banning,
beating, child molesting and murder is going on this is "a dynamic
spiritual tirtha"? So this was being preached by folks like Radhanatha, and
this poor Tirtha fellow was / is still a clone / follower of these fools.
New Vrindavana was a violent cult, it was banning, beating, molesting and
killing devotees, it was not "a sacred tirtha." A host of felonies were
going on there and if Radhanatha, Satsvarupa and others were unaware of
these felonies, they were hiding under a rock.]
** One must not forget that in KC, loyalty and submissiveness to the
spiritual master is everything. Without pleasing the spiritual master one
cannot make any advancement. If you wanted to please Srila Prabhupada at
NV, you did so by first pleasing K. Love me, love my dog. There was no
other way of looking at it. To many NV residents, K was everything. He was
their living link to Srila Prabhupada. Accordingly, as K went, so did NV.
[PADA: Fine except that Srila Prabhupada is the spiritual master and not K?
When one is "serving and pleasing" a homosexual pedophile, a child
molester, that is hardly "pleasing to Krishna"? So again all this deviant
philosophy, that you "need to serve the homosexual pedophiles to please
God," and this was all emanating from Radhanatha, Umapati, Kuladri,
Devarmrita, Tirtha, Tapah punja, Romapada, Satsvarupa, the Gaudiya Matha
"advisors" et al. How did Tirtha get the idea that serving Kirtanananda was
serving the pure devotee, spiritual master, representative of Krishna?
Because: this is what Radhanatha was preaching. Tirtha was being duped by
the entire deviant hierarchy. He was -- and is -- their dupe, their fall
guy.]
** TD: After Triyogi attacked K, Sulocana stepped up his rhetoric and
verbal attacks on K and other persons at NV. As a publicity stunt he
traveled to the Moundsville area and checked himself into the local jail,
claiming his life was in jeopardy. From his cell he issued strange,
rambling "Press releases." His publicity stunt was a bust. He returned to
California.
[PADA: Sulochana's publicity stunt was not at all "a bust." Sulochana
accomplished his main objective, he brought public attention to the fact
that he was challenging Kirtanananda and all of his henchmen like
Radhanatha, and that his life was in danger. Hence, after he was murdered
it was easy for the police to track his murder back to New Vrndavana.
Sulochana was very clever to make his protest very public, thus later it
was easy to track all this back to New Vrindavana and solve his murder.
Devotees whose complaints were "made in private" like Chatur Bahu, were
simply murdered (his throat was slit while his hands were tied behind his
back) and no one was ever arrested. When you protest a violent child
molester's guru cult you have to make your complaints public, or maybe die
right away. There is no other option. Oddly some bogus GBC types have tried
to pin that murder on Chatur Bahu's wife, i.e. a 98lbs. woman overpowered a
huge man and tied him up. No, several strong men would have been required
to subdue that man.]
** TD: A few months later, Sulocana returned to Moundsville area. He
visited the US Attorney's Office of William Kolibash in Wheeling, WV, with
"evidence" of wrongdoing by K and NV. The Feds weren't so sure. To them it
looked like a lot of smoke, but no fire. Then Sulocana began telephoning
NV, threatening to kill Kuladri and his children from a sniper's position
in the woods. He threatened to kill his ex-wife Yamuna and her new husband.
He declared war on NV. His threats were taken very seriously. The police
were called.
[PADA: Another good admission. Sulochana had valid complaints, as Tirtha
now agrees, but he was not getting any support from people like Radhanatha.
Very good analysis, so he had to take more drastic measures to recover his
children from the violent child molester New Vrindavana cult. Correct. And
instead of calling the police to help release Sulochana's children back to
his custody, Radhanatha and Tirtha sided with the molester guru's regime.]
** TD: At that juncture a legitimate, legal surveillance was initiated at
the suggestion of the Marshall County Sheriff's Department under Sheriff
Donald Bordenkircher. In this there were actually two phases of organized,
authorized surveillance of Sulocana, conducted as a combined effort of the
police and NV. Its purpose was to keep a close, detailed surveillance of
Sulocana, to both track his movements and observe if he was engaged in any
illegal activity. It was during this first authorized phase that Kuladri
and others at NV played a logistical role. To my knowledge, during that
time period there was no mention by anyone associated with the leadership
of NV or the Sheriff's Department to harm Sulocana. This surveillance
extended along the Ohio-West Virginia area. The second phase of this
surveillance extended to the Detroit area and to California. I participated
in all three areas of this surveillance.
[PADA: Very good. When people initially challenged Jim Jone's cult, the
police sided with Jim Jones. Anyway, New Vrindavana was involved in the
surveillance, so this must have been orchestrated and funded by "the
leaders."]
** TD: The surveillances in Detroit and California were initiated after the
Sheriff's Department shared certain portions of Sulocana's personal diary
wherein numerous addresses were written. It was in California where I met
Janmastami, who was already looking around in the area of the LA temple. He
openly spoke of the need for killing Sulocana, and volunteered to assist in
killing him. He never said that he was under orders from anyone to kill
Sulocana, but rather, insisted it was his duty as a disciple of K. In his
van he kept a large metal strong box where he stored several guns, knives,
and even a vial of cyanide for his avowed purpose. He flatly stated that
the surveillance exercise was merely a prelude to killing Sulocana.
[PADA: And Ramesvara's folks were engaged in the surveillance as well,
according to Ramachandra dasa and others. Satsvarupa was writing against
Sulochana. Ravindra Swarupa excommunicated Sulochana and defended K. There
was in sum a much broader GBC-wide conspiracy process, not isolated to
Kirtanananda. So the broader bogus GBC was helping suppress and even murder
Sulochana, and Ramesvara was "funding" his own well armed SWAT team, armed
guards, surveillance, and so on and so forth. There was a wider conspiracy
to suppress dissenters, maybe using murder -- as Tirtha admits herein.
Moreover it was being activley preached that "it is your duty" to beat and
kill dissenters to their pedophile worshipper's club.]
* TD: It was during this trip that Janmastami and I traveled first to the
San Diego area in hopes of finding Yudhisthir (Jeff Corina). It should be
noted that he lived in the San Diego area, not the temple, only
occasionally frequenting the temple. Unable to locate him there, we were
given the name of a friend of his at the LA temple, Krsna Katha (KK). We
then proceeded to locate KK, who was living in an apartment on Watseka
Avenue, across from the temple. In speaking with KK, we introduced
ourselves as being from NV. I gave my real name and Janmastami referred to
himself as Barney. It soon became evident from speaking with KK that he
also had an interest in killing Sulocana, referring to some vague comment
by his guru about giving Sulocana a "new body." It was during this time
that Janmastami, Krsna Katha, myself and one other devotee friend of KK's
traveled to Apple Valley in KK's Alfa Romeo to look for mine shafts. KK's
court testimony can substantiate all of this.
[PADA: Correct. Ramesvara had said that Sulochana needs to get a new body,
i.e. he must be killed. Again this proves that more of the leaders of
ISKCON are implicated in murders and other crimes, and Tirtha admits there
was a broad conspiracy to murder the vaishnavas. And people like Ravindra
Swarupa were "excommunicating" the dissenters, so he was part of the
conspiracy. Very good progress.]
** TD: As it happened, Sulocana was eventually arrested in West Virginia
and sentenced to one year in jail for carrying a concealed, unlicensed
weapon. With Sulocana locked up he no longer posed a threat to NV, and the
entire matter was defused. Months later when Sulocana was released from
jail, a second unauthorized surveillance was begun by myself, Randall
Gorby, and persons from the LA temple. I took steps to secure approval for
dealing with Sulocana.
[PADA: Very good, Tirtha sought "approval" -- but from whom? We all know
that he would have sought approval from the New Vrndavana hierarchy, and
they were connected together, and that Tirtha would not be operating
independently and he was already being funded for surveillance by the NV
heirarchy. This is confirmed by others like Dharamatma who claim that
Radhanatha and others knew about the crimes going on in NV, and the plot of
Sulochana's murder in particular.]
** TD: Because of Sulocana's outspoken criticism of all ISKCON authorities,
beginning with his supposed exposes, and later, graduating to making direct
threats of harm toward persons at NV and LA, Sulocana was seen as a pariah,
and was persona non grata at both temples. Accordingly, and as previously
stated, the first surveillance was initiated under the authority of the
local police, who recognized that Sulocana posed a direct threat to the
safety and well being of persons at NV. It is important to understand with
regard to NV's involvement in police authorized surveillance that no
inference should be drawn implying their involvement in any later criminal
activity, since as already stated and as can be verified through court and
police records, the first surveillance was conducted under the umbrella of
the local police.
[PADA: Again, notice the contradiction here. When "rank and file" children
are being molested, women are raped or etc. the police are not called
because "there is no need to bring in outsiders." Yet when one of their big
leaders has a problem, they are on the phone to the police immediately.
Notice the double standard here. Many times ISKCON authorities told PADA
that they were going to call the police on us. And we said, go ahead, we
want the police to see the faces of those of you who worship pedophiles, so
they never called the cops even once on us. Yet the point is, the bogus
gurus use the court and police when it serves their interests, but not when
it serves their victims.]
** TD: Even before the first surveillance was completed, Janmastami dasa,
AKA Barney, AKA John McPherson, AKA John Sinkowski, was a coconspirator to
murder. Later, with the exception of myself, Janmastami and Randall Gorby,
who was a West Virginia resident, all other persons who were part of this
conspiracy were devotees of the Los Angeles temple. The court record
indicates as proof that various Federal, State and local law enforcement
agencies thoroughly investigated these matters and concluded as I have
stated above. The court record is a public document and can be easily
obtained by anyone. The Federal Court is located in Martinsville, West
Virginia. The Marshall County Sheriff's Department is located in
Moundsville, West Virginia, 26041. The US Attorney's Office is located at
US Federal Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003.
[PADA: This is correct, Los Angeles court records indicate (court testimony
records) that Ramesvara's people were involved in working with New
Vrndavana's. Hence the court verifies that a broader bogus GBC guru
conspiracy was afoot. Not only was Radhanatha backing K, but so were many
other big leaders. Very good.]

ROCANA WRITES
At the time when Triyogi put Kirtanananda in intensive care by bashing in
his head, it was clearly known by the 'insiders' that Kirtanananda was
buggering young boys. It was also common knowledge that various criminal
activities were going on under Kirtanananda's direction. Aside from the
women's party and all the scam-kirtana that he was engaged in, the only
thing he was actually convicted of was the RICO charges on copyright theft,
and mail fraud.
Many devotees point to this Satsvarupa letter as being one of the
significant catalysts behind the move to "take care of Sulocana". Given
that at the time Satsvarupa was the primary spokesman for the GBC, just as
Ravindra Svarupa is now, we can see that his letter really represents the
subtle sanction of the GBC in the action taken against Sulocana. In other
words, the collective GBC, which was composed mostly of Zonal Acaryas,
backed up Satsvarupa's perception of Kirtanananda as being as good as Jesus
-- an absolutely pure devotee. Therefore, the two ways of perceiving the
attack on Kirtanananda were:
1) that Triyogi was a personification of Kirtanananda's sinful activities,
and came as an agent to execute the attack against him as a means of karmic
justice; or
2) as Satsvarupa presents the story, that Kirtanananda was a pure devotee
who was harmed by a demon, and therefore one has to protect the pure
devotee and execute the demons.
The GBC gave their full approval to choice #2, in the form of Satsvarupa's
letter, which subtly sanctioned the killing of Sulocana dasa. This
conclusion was definitely in the mind of Tirtha, and clearly stated as much
in his last letter, saying he believed that the murder was confirmed by the
test of guru, sastra and sadhu. Individuals like Tirtha and Janmastami were
clearly exhibiting their kshatriya-like natures in the New Vrindaban
community. It should have come as no surprise to anyone that when the GBC
"brahmanas", represented in the form of Satsvarupa's letter, said the pure
devotee had been attacked by a demon, these kshatriyas would fly into
action, moving to destroy the attackers.
Today we again hear from the GBC, and the only rebuttal they can come up
with in response to allegations of Radhanatha's complicity in the murder is
to suggest that Radhanatha is a pure devotee… just like Kirtanananda was.
This time, however, we see that the GBC are not personally supporting him
on this level. Instead, they're relying on the testimony of Michael Stein,
the US Attorney and lead Federal prosecutor in the case, who we can assume
has absolutely no understanding of who Srila Prabhupada is or anything
about our philosophy. But according to the GBC, Stein is the ultimate
authority on whether or not Radhanatha is a saintly and wonderful devotee
who could ever be engaged in such criminal activities. Of course, as other
devotees have pointed out, it's not true that there wasn't enough evidence
to convict him… Tirtha has already admitted that he was holding back on
that evidence, and he didn't actually testify in order to convict
Kirtanananda until 1996. We also have the testimony of Janmastami and
Dharmatma, who directly say that Radhanatha conspired in the murder.
Further, we have proof in the indictment - which was sent down by a grand
jury who reviewed the evidence - which claims that Radhanatha had knowledge
about the payoff of 'blood money' for the murder.

Thanks for continuing to provide news and commentary on current events in
the Krishna Consciousness movement. I've thought your last few newsletters
have been particularly good and wanted to make a few comments and get your
feedback. Feel free to put this in your newsletter, and no need to withhold
my name.
This is in reference to your October 2006 newsletter on the poison case.
You wrote: "We also hear that some influential persons in Vrindavana are
convinced that Prabhupada's body was not preserved properly, that the
preservation person was a fraud, and as such that there is no need to
'exhume the body,' there will not be one there. ..... Apparently, 'short
changing the preservation chemicals' is also common in India. Then again it
has been suggested maybe someone wanted the body to dissolve to hide the
evidence so to speak." First of all, can you give any more information on
who the "influential persons in Vrindavana" are who have said this and what
is their grounds for saying it? I found this news very upsetting to say the
least, but my first thought on reading it was that this is more proof that
the kingpin behind the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada is most likely Narayan
Maharaja. If you look at it from a crime analysis perspective alone, he has
openly expressed a clear ambition to be accepted as the successor to Srila
Prabhupada, he has in fact succeeded in taking a huge number of Srila
Prabhupada's disciples and grand-disciples as his own (thus siphoning off
Srila Prabhupada's most valuable assets, far more valuable than any
physical properties would be), and now we hear that Srila Prabhupada's body
may not have been preserved properly and is lost. I don't know how many
times I have heard Narayan Maharaja brag that he was the one who Srila
Prabhupada put in charge of the burial rituals, so when I heard it was not
done properly -- well, who was responsible for that? Narayan Maharaja, by
his own admission! So he had major motivation and access to commit the
crime and subsequently cover it up.
I have heard Narayan Maharaja's preaching and have witnessed firsthand the
results of it enough to be convinced that he is working some dark magic on
any disciple of Srila Prabhupada who has switched allegiance to him. I have
no trouble believing that he would be capable of this hideous crime, or
inspiring it in some of his close converts like Tamal Krishna, who appears
to be the prime suspect in many people's minds. I have heard tapes of the
private "rasika" classes NM gave to Tamal Krishna and Dhanurdhara and one
other person (not sure of the third person's identity) in the early '90s,
and it is clear that NM is attempting to draw Tamal very close to him and
away from Srila Prabhupada. He disparages Prabhupada's Nectar of Devotion
as "a summary only" and tries to puff Tamal up into believing that he,
Tamal, is the only true disciple of Srila Prabhupada because a real
disciple will quit being reverent towards his guru and will act like a
familiar friend. In exact opposition to that idea, here is what Srila
Prabhupada said in a room conversation in Bombay on August 16, 1976, only a
year before his disappearance:
Liberated soul never says that "I am liberated." As soon as he says
"liberated," he’s a rascal. A liberated soul will never say that "I am
liberated." That is liberated. Caitanya Mahaprabhu, He is God – guru more
murkha dekhi’ karila sasan. "My Guru Maharaja saw Me a fool number one, and
he has chastised Me." He’s God. This is the example. If one remains always
a servant ever-lastingly of guru, then he is liberated. And as soon as he
thinks that he is liberated, he’s a rascal. That is the teaching of
Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Guru more murkha dekhi’. Caitanya Mahaprabhu is
murkha? Why He’s posing Himself that murkha? "I am fool number one." That
means that is liberation. You must be ready always to be chastised by guru.
Then he’s liberated. And as soon as he thinks that "I am beyond this
chastisement, I am liberated," he’s a rascal. Why Caitanya Mahaprabhu says
guru more murkha dekhi’ karila sasan? This is sahajiya-vada. He is
thinking, "Oh I have become liberated. I don’t require any direction of my
guru. I am liberated." Then he’s rascal. "Why this Gaudiya Math failed?
Because they tried to become more than guru. He, before passing away, he
gave all direction and never said that "This man should be the next
acharya." But these people, just after his passing away, they began to
fight, 'Who shall be acharya?'" That is the failure. They never thought,
"Why Guru Maharaja gave us instruction so many things, why he did not say
that this man should be acharya?" They wanted to create artificially
somebody acharya, and everything failed. They did not consider even with
common sense that if Guru Maharaja wanted to appoint somebody as acharya,
why did he not say? He said so many things, and this point he missed? The
real point? And they insisted on it. "Let's declare some unfit person to
become acharya." Then another man came, then another acarya, another
acarya. So better remain a foolish person perpetually to be directed by
Guru Maharaja. That is perfection. And as soon as he learns that Guru
Maharaja is dead, "Now I am so advanced that I can kill my guru and I will
become guru." Then he is finished.

Now here are examples of Narayan Maharaj teaching Tamal Krishna the
opposite of what Srila Prabhupada taught above:
From talks on Jaiva Dharma in Vrindavan, 1990:
Narayan Maharaja: Gurudeva should be very, very near and dear to us. Not
only “I am very low.”
Tamal Krishna: We were discussing this point.
From talks on Vilapa-kusumanjali in Vrindavan, 10/21/91:
Narayan Maharaja: …On any special day, his avirbhava and tirobhava,
occasion comes that we may remember him. But at that time, we do so much
utsava that we engaged and involved in utsava. It is very little chance
that we can realize that separation. Mainly when we are telling anything
about him, a drop of tear may come, and it may not come. If the utsava is
very great, then no tears. Always be engaging in abhiseka, puja, Vaisnava
mahaprasada giving and all these things. But we should do anything that we
feel that separation, that is called bhajan. These things are for general
or outer persons, those who have no relations. So we should do anything
that we feel separation. Who will feel separation? We are so much obliged
and so much have done service, and he thinks that we have so much things
from him that we are so much debted to him, and that should be a
realization. Then we can be. Otherwise we cannot be. All will cannot be. So
special persons who are very visrambhava to Gurudeva…
Tamal Krsna (TK): Visrambhava, meaning?
#2: Loyal?
Narayan Maharaja: Visrambhava means...visrambhena guroh seva.
TK: Affectionate.
Narayan Maharaja: Eh?
TK: Affectionate?
Narayan Maharaja: Affectionate surely, but he is my Gurudeva and though he
is so much upper stage…
TK: Reverence.
Narayan Maharaja: That should be not there.
#2: Intimate.
Narayan Maharaja: Intimate seva. And he should be always blessed with that
seva, that servant. He had not a moment think, for a moment he has not
thought that he is my servant and disciple. So much near and he is my heart.
#1: Heart and soul.
Narayan Maharaja: Like Isvara Puri-pada, Govinda, and like all these things.
TK: But that is a very rare relationship.
Narayan Maharaja: And that we want, (?) bhakti. He had no relations like
this. We cannot weep like Raghunatha dasa Gosvami.
TK: How to come to that stage?
Narayan Maharaja: You are so qualified and intelligent, you can think. You
have done. I can see you have all done his great seva. Remembering his
pastimes and his mercy towards you, you can weep. But when we see that he
is merciful and he was greater than us, then one kind of thing will come.
But when we see that he was very near and dear to us and he loved so much,
then we can weep so much for him.

I also wanted to address the very moving and articulate article in your
October newsletter written by "Gurukuli das," giving more evidence of the
horrendous abuse our children endured in the Iskcon schools and its
continued cover-up. I have shown this article to several devotee friends,
and everyone has been very touched by it. But I see an alarming number of
old devotee friends choosing to dismiss these serious troubles as
"Krishna's plan." I have heard: "Everything that happens is Krishna's
plan." "If it's not Krishna's plan, whose plan is it?" "Everything that
happens to me is Krishna's plan." I love all my prabhus dearly and do not
mean this to sound like a criticism of them. I know that many of them have
suffered terribly in their lives, often at the hands of other devotees or
the Iskcon organization. If they need to adopt such ideas in order to cope
in their lives, who am I to say otherwise? My question to you is a
philosophical one. I personally cannot dismiss Iskcon's troubles as simply
being "Krishna's plan," and I have seen you, Puranjan, disparage this idea
also. I feel this idea is a type of Mayavadi philosophy. After all, Srila
Prabhupada's pranam mantra says that he came to the West to save us from
"voidism and impersonalism," so that must mean that we have been saturated
in those nihilistic philosophies from the time of our birth. Impersonalism
can manifest in subtle ways. It's not that I think these "Krishna's plan"
advocates are going around consciously thinking, "I am Krishna, the creator
and enjoyer of all I survey." But if you think that everything that happens
to you is Krishna acting, isn't that close to the same thing? The
philosophy Srila Prabhupada taught us is acintya-bheda abheda-tattva --
that the jiva soul is eternally simultaneously one with and separate from
the Supreme Soul, Sri Krishna. So, for example, Srila Prabhupada told us
that Krishna's plan was for our gurukula children to be treated with
affection and kindness, that they should never be beaten, and that they
should learn to love Krishna consciousness so they will never leave. But in
truth they were treated with cruelty and violence and they lived in terror,
and a great many of them have defected to other lifestyles and gurus. So
how can a reasonable person claim that this was Krishna's plan? It was the
opposite of Krishna's plan as revealed to us by Srila Prabhupada. I also
question, Puranjan, your sometimes comparing the gurukula child abusers to
Kamsa, believing this to be too high a designation for them. Kamsa could be
said to be literally part of Krishna's plan as one of the great demons who
were in reality the great devotees Jaya and Vijaya who descended as demons
to fight Krishna in His lila for His pleasure. No, our abusers are just
ordinary run-of-the-mill rebellious jivas who have chosen to misuse their
constitutional minute independence to foolishly act in opposition to
Krishna's plan as laid out for us by Srila Prabhupada. Another point is
that it is widely known that on occasion Srila Prabhupada did sternly
chastise his disciples for doing something foolish, even going so far as to
refer to them as "rascals." If everything that we do or that happens to us
is Krishna acting, would Srila Prabhupada have chastised us in such a manner?
I was hoping you might give some comments on the two issues I've raised
above as they've been on my mind a lot lately, stimulated by your
thought-provoking newsletters. Thank you very much for all you do in
service to our beloved Srila Prabhupada.
